Our home is in a single-family settlement and is quiet. You can park right in front of the house. A spiral external staircase with 21 steps leads into the apartment from which you have a beautiful view of the place and the elevator An der Finne. They come directly to the bedroom with three slopes and a skylight above the bed. Here you will also find the TV, a seating area (extendable sleeping chair) and the shower. A frosted sliding door leads to the kitchen-living room with fridge, dishwasher, cooking facilities (without oven) and wardrobe. Dishes, toaster, coffee maker, kettle are in the kitchen cabinet. A shelf with the current tourist advisors, children's books, a few games and some space for kitchen ingredients. Of course, with WELAN connection. In front of the three-part window (with fly screen and blind) is the dining table with three or four chairs. In addition, you can relax on the comfortable pull-out couch. This is a small guest house (studio with approx. 25 m²) on our property. You are completely undisturbed. Living room and shower room for one to three people. Kitchenette, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishes. There is no heating! This means you have to think carefully about whether this place meets your expectations. That's why we only rent in the summer months. Small terrace, parking for one car! It is a non-smoking accommodation.

Apartment 1 in the tin can

The vacation home die Blechbüchse is a stone's throw from Weimar's Landfried district (15-20 minute walk to the city center of Weimar). The Landfried was popularly called the "tin can quarter." The residential area used to be a working-class district of the adjacent "Weimar Werk" (created from the former Gustloff works). In 2003, the Blechbüchse district was demolished. To commemorate this, our vacation home was named "Blechbüchse" (tin can).

Bike & car rental, public transport and main train station Jena-Paradies is within walking distance. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Welcome in the Thuringian Forest 🌲 our lovingly furnished bungalow offers everything your heart desires for nature lovers. Our property is located in the middle of nature on the outskirts of Dittrichshütte, a village at an altitude of 600 meters. It is very quiet with us as the road is hardly used. The accommodation is a great starting point for hikes and sporty mountain biking or motorcycle tours.

City apartment - small but nice

Stay stylishly in this centrally located property in the Häselburg Cultural Center in Gera. The guest rooms, which were completed in 2023, are located 200 m to the town hall and are well connected to the public transport. Train station, market, museums, restaurants, theatres etc. are within walking distance. Apartments include a bedroom, a cozy living, dining and cooking area, and a shower room.
