Large 220 square meter apartment in the center of the town. It has a large fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining room for 12 people, and a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, sink, and clothesline. To relax, there are 2 small living rooms, one with a 47-inch TV and ocean views. The other is interior and has a 50-inch TV. To rest, it has 4 large bedrooms, 3 of them with a 150*190 bed and another with 105*190 twins.

This unique home has its own personality. You can see and hear the sea from the entire living room, and of course from the terrace. Two exterior rooms, 1 bathroom, living/dining room/kitchen/terrace all connected and open to the sea, to the beach. We use it as a second residence for some days in summer and for some days on time for the rest of the year. The remaining time is left perfectly clean and offered on vacation rental.
