What a fantastic as described cottage .Extremely clean very warm and a great location just a short walk to all the places we love .Safe garden for our dog , all the garden furniture reqd for our stay . Beautiful decoration inside the property with easy parking across the the road.Fantastic stay in a fantastic property we will definitely be booking again .

Anthony's place was very snug and cozy. Very comfortable bed and the heating was very easy to control and effective. Handy base for Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds, and Lavenham, just to mention 3 places. Tea, coffee, and breakfast cereals provided. We would be happy to stay again in future.

We absolutely loved our stay as did our two Cockapoos This is a great place for walks and not too far from Sudbury and long melford We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to go back
