I had a wonderful stay at Jeremy’s place. For budget travelers or those who would like to immerse in Manila living, this place would be ideal. It is clean, free of clutter, and is walkable to everything. Bear in mind there is no A/C, or fridge, but you probably won’t be able to find any apartment that is of a better value than this. It worked fine for me, especially with the peace of mind Jeremy has given me, always responsive, courteous, a problem solver—one of the best airbnb hosts If I’m in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here because it was super close to the concert venue were we work, and for that purpose, it was perfect. The place itself was fine for a short stay. Would recommend if you're looking for convenience over amenities. Precilla is a good host.

Ma’am Kath’s unit was pristine and as seen in photos presented and was even more cozy in person. She and miss Vea were both accommodating, helpful and insightful in everything which made our stay all the more enjoyable and smooth. Highly recommended place to stay in🙏. Thanks!
