We had such an amazing time at this place! It was clean, cozy, and filled with so many fun things to do. From classic board games to arcade setup and even a claw machine – we felt like kids again! It was the perfect mix of comfort and entertainment. The host was also very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a fun and unique getaway!

This unit is so cozy. It has everything you need for a couple. It smells great and it’s just like a hotel. Love the interiors and the ambient lighting too. All kitchen needs are complete, and the bed is super comfortable. The host and caretaker are very attentive and helpful. They helped us find a parking slot in the same building which was so convenient. Definitely recommend this for those going around San Fernando/Lakeshore.

It was a great experience. Easy check in, the unit was exactly as mentioned in the listing. There are improvements I can think of which I provided in the private review but overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this.

The place is recommended to everyone who needs peaceful staycation and quiet place to ponder. We booked his place because it is near in Phil Arena because we will watch the SB19 concert, so far, we never experienced hassle and traffic from coming and back at his place. Alan has his own parking so you will never get stressed where to park your car. Furbabies are welcome in his unit but make sure to diapers your furbabies to avoid messing the place. I hope next time there will be trashcan in the kitchen separated with the bathroom. Also, there is no microwave in his unit but there is a rangehood and induction cooker to heat or cook your own food, overall, the place is good and we will book again longer next time. Conveniently located within the vicinity of SM Marilao, Mary's place located at SMDC Cheers Residence is spacious, cozy, and well-maintained. Location-wise, it is an ideal home base for concertgoers. It is one shuttle van ride from SM North/Trinoma to SM Marilao (and vice versa). Although there is a considerable distance going to the Philippine Arena/Stadium, it is accessible through public transportation and/or ride hailing application like Grab. The place itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing with olive green color motif and thoughtful interior design choices. Amenities include complimentary drinks and snack. Above all else, I commend Ms. Mary for being a fantastic host. She was responsive and provided helpful information to answer/address our concerns. Kudos for making our stay a memorable one.

The house itself is worth every buck. There was an issue with the AC but they were able to resolve it right away. We had personal emergency but they did their best to assist us. The unit itself is very clean, modern look and the highlight is : it has direct access to the sky garden which is I like very much. Sobrang lawak nung sky garden for the kids to run around. (parang onti lng ung mga unit na meron nito) Complete din with toiletries, kitchen utensils, microwave and ref. 2 bathrooms are both very clean. The veranda is VERY SPACIOUS! I think you can do bbq there if I'm not mistaken. Wave pool - additional fee but worth it. Nabawi naman ung stress sa personal emergency namin. Will definitely come back if may chance ulit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and a great spot to relax. I love that it was close to a convenience store as it made things very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Very cozy and comfortable to stay. Just one minor improvement is to place an aircon in the living room as it gets very hot during summer time

Worth it! Maganda and relaxing ang place complete sa gamit and good set up.

A nice place to stay and the place was large enough for at least 8 people. The kitchen area, bathrooms, and living room are clean, but one of the bedrooms had dust under the bed and the extra comforter had stains. Overall, it’s still a great place for a small group to stay-in, would recommend getting a building parking slot since the free parking is always full.

The host is very responsive and accommodating! Will be back again soon.

We really loved the place. It was quiet and cozy, just what we needed. We got to relax and enjoy the room while it rained outside. The weather made it even better, and it felt nice to slow down for a bit.
