We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Open living room with kitchen area and dining area overlooking treetops and gardens, sofa, music system (vinyl, CD), TV, radio + Wi-Fi. The large bed (160x200 cm) is separated by the room layout; shower room. Important notes The apartment is on the 2nd floor, the upper staircase is steep. The bed is under a sloping roof. Animal-free, only non-smokers, no parties.

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Shopping facilities are also within walking distance. The apartment is on the first floor and has private parking at front door. The cozy queen size (1.40 m x 2m) bed, accommodates two people. Beautiful apartment with balcony in great location

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
