Lenny, the general manager is great with communication and very helpful with instructions. The stay at the Giacomo hotel was fantastic. Seeing the place in person and reading it doesn’t do justice. The place is amazing and as described. Once checked in. The receptionists will give you the key to your room and a code to park your car in a private parking lot. The hotel is very clean and felted welcoming. It’s a mix of residential and guests. We stayed for 5days/4nights. Let me tell you, the stay felt like home. Breakfast, afternoon cookies, teas and coffee is complementary. The view from our room….. GORGEOUS! We had a view of the Niagara Falls and the sunrise. It’s is breathtaking. You can get another view from the top of the building. I went up there to view the sunrise and hangout. You can take the elevator to the 18th floor and go up a flight of stairs to get to the area. Also, The US/Canada boarder is literally 5mins away! So convenient. Definitely staying here again!

Janeen's place was great. The space was clean and seems well taken care of. The WALK OUT PRIVATE DECK was absolutely amazing and probably our favorite feature. Opening the French doors to the 2nd floor deck and a few windows allowed for an amazing breeze through the unit! There's a cozy bar with darts at the end of the block. There a good local coffee shop and even a grocery store within walking distance. Niagra is about a 22 minute drive and more dining options than I can count are less than 10 minute drive away. The location was perfect and I'd actually love to live here. Even the neighbors were friendly, and every culture was represented. Bottom line...one of the best rentals ive experienced!

Right up front, let me just say that this condo is spectacular. Great location. Beautifully renovated. Unbelievable value. Salvatore was communicative and responsive leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. A wonderful host! Although I was a little skeptical when I first pulled down the street as the area is somewhat depressed - don't be discouraged. The neighborhood was quiet and the local restaurants were wonderful. I hope some of the other commercial establishments start to fill up again as it really is a great area. We crossed back and forth several times over the border without any delay. I would definitely recommend this spot for people wanting to visit Buffalo - although it's over the border it's so quick and easy and convenient. Also, the place was stunning! So beautifully restored and the pictures accurately captured the space. I know we'll be back in Buffalo in the spring/summer and we'll definitely stay in Fort Erie again. I hope the condo continues to be available.

Andrew was a great host very responsive. I stayed here for work. The place looks great exactly as the pictures. There is everything you need at the apartment. The area is peaceful too. I really enjoyed the stay and will stay again when I get a chance and highly recommend Andrews place again

The Giacomo hotel is a beautiful piece of Niagara Falls history! The hotel is perfectly nestled in the heart of Niagara Falls and in walking distance to the falls, other attractions, and many amazing restaurants. The decor is amazing artdeco with a flare of Niagara and the lounge is a nice place to relax with a tasty drink after a fun day of exploring. The staff at the Giacomo hotel are always amazing! So wonderful, so kind, and always willing to offer assistance. My family and I have stayed at the Giacomo on 4 separate occasions and each time our visit has been amazing. Lenny has always been very helpful, very kind, and very responsive. My family and I love this place! Thank you to Lenny and all the wonderful people who work to make the Giacomo such an amazing stay for my family!

Amazingly big, wide, clean space with a wonderful view of the Niagara Falls (US). It's so close to Canada as well. Lenny was quick to respond and always helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend! :)

Everything was excellent. Andrew is a genius. Super helpful. He was in every detail. And that's what makes the difference. Guest care. The apartment is fully equipped and very comfortable. CLEAN and spacious. It had everything. He welcomed us with drinks and chocolates Everything worked. The wifi was impeakable. The bathroom was a luxury. The place is very conveniently located Always attentive to our needs. 100% recommended. Don't hesitate!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Giacomo. We didn't need much assistance during our stay, but the staff were courteous and friendly and when we needed an extra set of linens they promptly brought them up to our room. The parking was conveniently across the street. It is uncovered but is secure with a gate.

My wife, 3 daughters and I made some great memories. The 5min golf cart ride to Elcho beach was nice. We enjoyed walking down to the closer beach to take in sunrises and sunsets. The deck and concrete patio/fire pit area provide a lot of extra space. Bring extra toilet paper! The golf cart is solid. It did great in the sand while others were getting stuck. You will not regret staying at Diana’s place.

Exactly as described. Short drive to the falls. Wayne sent very clear and well detailed instructions about the place and everything we needed to know. Friendly and flexible with our group. Super responsive. The space was great for our family reunion of 14 people with space large enough for all of us together, as well as separated for the kids to hang out separately.

The house was perfect for visiting friends and family in Niagara. It’s spacious, modern and very comfortable. The hosts are fantastic—friendly and very responsive. We would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

Perfect landing spot for anyone either golfing or attending an event at Arrowhead! The house is spacious, with plenty of yard space to run around. Dan (the host) is super gracious and responsive!

A huge thank you to Joanne! I am so sorry that I could not give this airbnb a perfect score but we did have trouble with the key box, Joanne was wonderful and helped us get in. We used the house for a staff retreat and it was peaceful and perfect. The view from the house is beautiful. The house was spotless and welcoming. The hostess was kind and friendly. We would not hesitate to come back.

This was a fantastic place to stay. we were close to every place we needed. Neighborhood was very quiet and nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Sabira was fantastic!! She reached out and was very kind and helpful.

We had a great weekend at Zachary’s place - spacious, well stocked, comfortable, and the location was excellent! It was an easy walk to everything! He was a great host, and we would definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful AirBnB! the house was beautiful, the a outdoor space was peaceful, and the bonus Garage was a blast for our team to enjoy and spend time together! Definitely a great space for a large group!
