Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Buffalo

Great location (close to the airport but quiet and peaceful). Very spacious and super clean!! The owner provided us ample daily necessities which made our trip like being home. Many thanks to them and will definitely come back again if we are back to Buffalo.

Gorgeous place in a safe neighborhood. The space was huge, great value. Well kept, and loved how there was a tv in every room. The host did an amazing job and created a very thorough binder of all amenities, local suggestions and attractions. Check out instructions were very clear and easy. Everything was perfect, but my only complaint was the upstairs neighbours were very loud and could be heard very clearly while we were trying to sleep. Aside from that our stay was incredible

Charming Buffalo neighborhood with food and drinks close by. We took a lovely evening stroll to town on our last night. The whole stay was comfortable and definitely recommendable.

Really good location: quiet neighborhood, steps away from the Buffalo Millionaire's Row (stretch of Delaware Ave with nice mansions) and steps away to the other side from Elmwood str that has several good food options. Yemeni Haraz Coffee House and Five Points Bakery (farther away, but walkable) were great. Parking on the street was easy to find and feels safe. The apartment itself is very spatial: two good size bedrooms with queen bed each, large kitchen-dining (a table for four in addition to the counter), and a separate living room. Plus two bathrooms (yet only one with a shower). It occupies the second floor of a two-family house. Although the house is old the apartment feels recently renovated and clean.

Greg’s place was perfect for my family’s stay in Buffalo. It was centrally located to everything and only a short drive to Niagara Falls. Parking was easy and the apartment had plenty of space for 3 people. Very quiet neighborhood.

Ryan's place was clean and inviting. We greatly appreciated how close the location was to the places we wanted to go. As a family of three, the home felt spacious. The home was cleaned with natural products and had reed diffusers with light scents. That was especially great as scents can trigger my autistic child. Other than the main level bathroom, no room has an interior lock. The upstairs bedroom is a loft style without a door. The kitchen has enough cookware for simple meals. Ryan handled a matter where we needed help with expedience. We would highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

This has been our second all-star stay at Catherine's Airbnb in Buffalo. It is private, quiet, comfortable, beautifully appointed and well located. We can walk to places... a concert at Kleinhans, a meal at Five Points Bakery or simply stroll the neighborhood with its front yard gardens and interesting architecture. I am really glad that, I chose Zaihid Airbnb because it felt very peaceful and cool as you can hang around with friends and family. Great location, Comfortable room and Safe Area. I will like to stay in his Airbnb again if i get chance to come again in buffalo. If I wanna write about the host and the Airbnb there will be long essay 🤣, i know because the host was super friendly and very helpful. Will recommend his Airbnb to stay.

This house was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 4 - could have easily fit 8 people pretty comfortably. House was certainly an old home that came with some quirks, but was nicely renovated and fully stocked with helpful items, kitchen was very nice with great quality appliances. Backyard was a great little oasis with a cool spot to relax, grill and eat an outdoor dinner. 25 mins to Niagara Falls, which was our main reason for visiting the Buffalo area. Host was responsive and helpful. The location is on a fairly busy road which was good and bad. A decent amount of constant vehicular traffic, but also very easy to get to places. Would recommend this house for a large family or a couple small families looking to visit the Buffalo/Niagara area.

The inside is fantastic great amenities and really comfy beds only thing that was not great was the surrounding area didn’t feel completely safe leaving my car outside.

We very much enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely recommend to anyone! The king bed was one of the comfiest beds we’d ever slept in!

Beautiful cottage in Orchard Park. The upstairs had original hardwood floors that were absolutely gorgeous. The downstairs had been updated and was squeaky clean. The kitchen was well stocked if you were wanting to cook. I stayed with a family member and both bedrooms were roomy and had comfortable beds. I highly recommend staying at the cottage. The only downside was the steep staircase. But it was well noted at the top and bottom, not a problem for us but could be if you have knee or back issues.

15 family members in town for graduation weekend. The house is a stunning 1898 built and minutely restored gem! All the beautiful historic accents with the benefit of the most modern bathroom, kitchen etc amenities! Squeaky clean, gorgeous hard wood flooring. 8 beds ranging from full to king. Comfortable, good supportive mattresses, everyone slept well! Lovely spaces for hanging out ranging from formal dining area, kitchen bar, living room, pool room and cozy 2nd floor drawing room with big leather couches! If we ever needed another celebration location in Buffalo we would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. The location was perfect quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

The price of the stay was very reasonable for the location and living arrangements.

The condo was really very nice. Very new and clean. Amanda helped me immediately every time I couldn’t figure something out. She was very nice. Beds were comfortable and condo had all the cleaning supplies and paper we needed, even a wagon for the beach.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location and responsive host. Beds were very comfy. Would recommend.
