We just spent a wonderful week in Barry's apartment. The location is great with many restaurants and interesting sites within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Rodrigo is the local contact and he was super friendly and always available to help. The communication with both Barry and Rodrigo was excellent. Barry very kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late. I highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Buenos Aires.

I had an issue with my flight and tincho was absolutely helpful. I’ve been around the area where the place is, and I can tell you is absolutely amazingly located.

This place is the perfect spot to stay long term or short term. Luciano was very helpful and responsive to any and all questions I had. The place is lovely and clean. The view is crazy good- with a balcony! I stayed there for a week and didn’t want to leave. The pool so such a nice addition, since it’s been hot here. I went there everyday and got to know the other tenants. Everyone was polite and friendly. Location is key. So many coffee shops and restaurants— also a very easy pick up location for Ubers - and close to the public transport. I am a solo traveler and I felt safe and welcome living the good like in Palermo !

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

Nos gusto mucho la estadía en Costa Esmeralda. No conocíamos y las recomendaciones de Florencia nos sirvieron un montón. La casa es muy linda y cómoda. Volveremos.

La casa estaba implecable. Es muy amplio y moderno. Ambientes bien distribuidos. Lo único a tener en consideración: si van con niños menores de 2, 3 años la escalera es un tema. Los colchones podrían mejorar. Pero fueron detalles a los que pudimos amoldarnos y no perjudicaron la estadía. La atención de Ariel fue muy buena.

Fui con mi esposa y mi bebé de 15 meses y estuvo ideal para pasar una gran semana. La propiedad es espaciosa, súper equipada, limpia y muy cómoda. Andrés un crack, siempre atento, súper hospitalario y amigable. Recomendado 100%.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

a pesar que no nos tocó el mejor tiempo lo pasamos muy bien, disfrutamos de la casa que es preciosa, tiene muchos detalles especiales, y el último día la disfrutamos a full, Nicolas fue muy flexible con los horarios. el lugar tiene mu Ho verde y mucha tranquilidad. volvería con seguridad!

Excelente!!! Nos encantó, una casa enorme, super cuidada, con un monton de comodidades como pool, metegol, parrilla, muchas habitaciones, todo impecable. La atención excepcional, fuimos a festejar una despedida de soltera y nos permitieron entrar mas temprano y salir mas tarde, super flexibles y amorosos. Super recomendado!!

El dpto de Catherina es excelente, tal cual se muestra en las fotos en un lugar muy lindo y tranquilo en Nuñez, con cochera. Muy recomendable para estancias en Bs As

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

The initial instructions were a little unclear because I thought it was keyless entrance because he gave me a code to get in but I didn’t understand that he had to meet me there to give me a key fob to get through the outer doors. Once they arrived, everything else was fantastic! Even a bottle of wine for my arrival. Thanks again for everything!!

Сам дуплекс небольшого размера и разместиться 4-5 взрослым там будет непросто. Комнаты наверху не приватны, это может быть неудобно для людей с разным графиком жизни. В ванной совсем нет места для хранения. Часть вещей в домике требует обновления: покраска стен, например, или матрас на двуспальной кровати. Также хочу отметить, что интернет был очень слабым, мы с трудом могли посмотреть фильм. Место хорошо подходит для отдыха, когда важным для вас является близость к океану и отношение, а не бытовой комфорт.

Excelente lugar. El departamento es cálido y acogedor. La zona es tranquila y Liam estuvo atento en todo momento. Cuando llegamos, la ducha no estaba limpia, sin embargo se lo comentamos a Liam y lo solucionó inmediatamente sin ningún problema. Muy recomendable
