Very good house, comfortable, with a great distribution for 8 adults, being able to share all but also have privacy. Accompanied by a beautiful environment, close to downtown and the beach , to leave the car parked in the house and move on foot without any problem. I recommended for group of large friends and families. Fernando a great host, always attentive to everything.

The home and its location exceeded our expectations. You arrive and feel "at home," literally. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and private, surrounded by nature. Just two blocks away, you'll find the beach. Front patio fully reserved for you to enjoy your stay with your pets. We spent beautiful days, we will definitely be back and we will also recommend it. Excellent. We loved it and we'll definitely be back. The apartment is of very good quality and has an amazing view. It's super bright and comfortable. To know if you plan to cook: the oven turns off if it's windy and the induction stove is not very accurate, we gave up cooking after trying them. The rest, nothing to add since the place is spectacular. Carolina was super friendly and sent us lots of instructions.

The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, with good heating and with access and ocean views. Complex amenities make it enjoyable at all times of the year, 24h reception, maid service, elevator and carport, heated pool... all excellent. The location is unbeatable, quiet and with private access to the sea. Undoubtedly a highly recommended place and the host, Luciano was very attentive, gave us advice and attention at all times. For a getaway or a good vacation, as a couple or as a family, it's ideal. We hope to be back soon.

A beautiful place to rest and be in contact with nature. You can only see the greenery, hear the birds and enjoy the atmosphere! The house is super well equipped to go in large groups and the hosts are super willing to solve any issues that may arise. It's worth going back and we will!

Comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing.

The apartment is luxurious, it has very good heating, this beautiful decorated, the shower water comes out strong and hot, the spaces are large, the dining kitchen is so nice that we didn't want to leave there, the area is beautiful to go for a walk. At night you hear the sea, beautiful. I already rented it 4 times and when I leave I want to rent it again.

This is a beautiful house on a nice secluded beach within a private estancia community. If you're looking for a quiet spot on the beach with a beautiful view, this is the place for you! You can also enjoy riding horses on the beach. You can't go wrong with this place!

The house is very comfortable and modern, the facilities and equipment are all first-class, as is the communication. The only thing that seemed a little uncomfortable was the slope to park and walk up to the house, especially with bags and suitcases. I think it should be clarified in the notice that it is not for people with any physical difficulties or older adults. Everything else was excellent.

Very nice apartment facing the coast, lots of light and a large window with a wide ocean view. Jorge is an excellent host. The location is far from downtown and on Camet Avenue, which is very busy.

To begin with, Ana's attention was super warm and precise, always attentive before and during the stay with recommendations and suggestions instantly, a host worth more than 10 points. The area is also perfect, very quiet, lots of fresh air, some beaches on the lovely cliffs, you leave with a renewed body and psyche, an ideal place to walk, ride a bike, move around in the sea, read, look at the sky, listen to the birds, in short, a lot of peace. Finally, the house... just perfect, a perfect fit with the place. All the details, everything, nothing is missing, the kitchen is fully stocked, the bathroom is a 10, the stove, the grill, everything is perfect and harmonious, nothing is missing, the cleaning is 100% dedicated. In short, everything, everything, everything... more than the expectation. I will definitely recharge my batteries at some point. Thanks to Ana for her hospitality in letting us spend time in this little paradise.

We had a very good stay! We had a problem, which was that since the apartment had been closed for a long time, it smelled, but they quickly solved everything for us! It's spacious, with ocean views! Very close to the beach. To go walking. I recommend it!! And Joel is very friendly.

I 100% recommend this place. To start, the hostess gave us the word she rented to us and despite having another proposal (which I saw in the app because it blocked the date) she respected what was previously discussed. He was super friendly and very willing to do everything. He was always quick to respond. The house is INCREDIBLE. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful, clean, very well kept. I can't make any constructive criticism because everything was perfect. Hopefully we can go back some other time.
