Very good apartment in terms of value for money. It was very clean and tidy. Barbara was helpful and flexible with check-in. It had everything you need in the kitchen and also in the bedrooms, very comfortable. It is very close to Palermo. It has a nice view as it is on a 15th floor. It has well-functioning elevators. The only thing close to the garbage center so you can hear trucks unloading during the night. Highly recommended!

My son and I had been traveling in South America for 2 weeks and wanted a place to chill, regroup and explore. These accommodations were perfect. Lucas met us during check-in (early) to leave our luggage. On New Year’s Day! He was warm, personable and informative. We really liked all the amenities and used them all, clothes washer, coffee maker, AC, pool, sauna, weight room, etc. The bed, couch, patio and table were all inviting and comfortable. The location cannot be beat for shopping, feeling safe and eating incredible food. I’d definitely stay here again and even invited Lucas to visit me in the US if he’s ever in my area.

Andrea is just perfect guide for new comer of BA. She was so kind and always fast to communicate with all useful information. Location of house is really interesting and walkable to other interesting places. There are also so many cozy cafe and bar. While I was staying, I felt safe. It’s valuable to come back again.

Nice bright apartment, lots of parks and museums nearby

We had a great stay! Apartment has a great location yet still is really silent. Whole place was spotless clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people. Everything was super clean and tidy. The location for what we went for was super. What if the price was a little high for what it is but since it was the recital of the lice, everything was in that value. We highly recommend it and would come back.

The apartment is as represented online. The apartment is modern, a bit on the small size, but comfortable for two. The deck is amazing with a beautiful view and is larger than portrayed in the photos. One couldn't ask for a better location including having well stocked local grocery store next to the building. There is some noise from the building's gym located above the unit and on weekend evenings the music from a local bar is audible (part of being is a large city). As a prior guest mentioned, there is an iron but no ironing board which was frustrating. In totality, these are minor inconveniences against so many positives about this location. As an experienced traveler and user of Airbnb I would not hesitate to stay at this location again. Finally, Nicole was responsive to questions and provided clear instructions.

Well located place, metro, supermarket and restaurants nearby. The Depto is very comfortable and a very quiet area. Sofia is always attentive to needs and respond quickly. Thank you so much!!!

We contract with my partner and daughter, not for vacations, but for having our house in Remodelación. The depto It has a great location, both in terms of public transportation as well as if it were to use its own mobility. The environments are bright and cool. The facilities, furniture and appliances are in very good condition, impeccable. Steven, absolutely recommended host!

Very good accommodation, all working perfectly, all the utensils necessary for a good stay, plus groceries such as, soap, detergent, salt, sugar, coffee… Nina was excellent and helped us a lot.

The truth is that the apartment was spotless! Super comfortable, nice, clean and with good services. When I detected that there was no adapter for the plugs they fixed it quickly and smoothly. It is a location that I like a lot, on an avenue (safe and easy to get taxis and uber) but high and very quiet floor. Also very close to good restaurants, bars, and movida. It's easy to get around to other parts of the city. I highly recommend!

So perfect Apartment, accessibility and felicitas👍 It was great that I could walk to the main tourist attractions and they gave me detailed instructions on how to check in so I could easily get into the apartment. And thanks to the friendly felicitas🥰 I got some great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. If I ever come back to Buenos Aires, I would stay here again.

We had a great time as a family at Santiago’s apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. The balcony is beautiful with a bbq on top. We would definitely come back!

This place exceeded all my expectations! The apartment was excellent, and my favorite part was the private rooftop patio with jacuzzi. Awesome for sunbathing and relaxing. The neighborhood is very nice with so many cafes, bars, and shops. You can do so much and not even leave the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed 12 days at Pablo & Kristoffer’s condo. Everything went smoothly! Pablo greeted us at the entrance and explained everything we needed to know about the residence. He was also reachable if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio with the barbecue and the jacuzzi! The location was excellent, with lots of restaurants and green spaces in the area. We used Uber (inexpensive) to travel to the various sites in Buenos Aires. It was always a pleasure to get back to our condo to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I have no hesitation in recommending this Airbnb!
