Andy’s place was great for our group. We appreciated the privacy having 3 separate rooms rather than sharing one apartment. Andy was excellent in responding to our inquiries and the booklet he provided with neighborhood information was very helpful.

Zondinga is perfectly located: it is convenient to get to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful people, always ready for dialogue. The duplex itself is small and sleeps 4-5 adults there will be a challenge. The rooms upstairs are not private, it could be inconvenient for people with different life schedules. There is no storage space in the bathroom at all. Some of the things in the cabin need updating: painting the walls, for example, or the mattress on the double bed. I also want to note that the Internet was very weak, we could hardly watch a movie. The place is good for relaxing when it is important for you proximity to the ocean and attitude, not household comfort.

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of Cariló! A few meters from the shopping center with many options to walk to, the beach 3 blocks away, and the building with very nice amenities such as the heated pool. The apartment is unbeatable! Super comfortable, everything was clean and with everything you need for your stay. The balcony terrace is beautiful. We had a wonderful few days. Thanks Mauro! We'll be back for sure!

Everything was perfect, Marcello was always available and day by day he suggested restaurants and activities for the day. The house is very nice and cozy.

Great host. Fantastic location in lively neighborhood with access to subway, plenty taxis and uber, restaurants and shops, and parque centenario which is great for exercising! Fantastic deal! We were 6 and plenty comfortable

The initial instructions were a little unclear because I thought it was keyless entrance because he gave me a code to get in but I didn’t understand that he had to meet me there to give me a key fob to get through the outer doors. Once they arrived, everything else was fantastic! Even a bottle of wine for my arrival. Thanks again for everything!!

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very spacious and bright, the balcony-terrace is a plus as it allows you to enjoy the evenings eating and having a drink outdoors. It's also worth noting how clean it was when we arrived. Nicolas is an excellent host, he responds quickly and any concerns or requests we had were resolved in minutes. We'll be back!

Mariana was a great hostess. She was flexible when it came to check-in and check-out, and she was always available when we communicated with her. The apartment is just like the photos. I'd like to highlight the cleanliness of the towels and sheets. I recommend it!!!!

The apartment is exactly as advertised, and met expectations well. The building facilities are very good and easy to use, children's pool, adult pool and laundry. Communication with Laura was quick, practical and very cordial. Renting the barbecue is a great option.
