Other people who have left reviews for this place less than four stars, I believe is completely unfair. This property offers top-notch value for what you get. Does the property have its faults? Absolutely. The kitchen faucet drips hot water no matter how hard you close the valves, and leaks underneath. This should be a relatively inexpensive and quick fix for a plumber. The hot tub heater stopped working for 2 days, but the on-site caretaker was able to get it back up and working. The oven dial was broken off. You can turn the oven on, but you don’t know the temperature. As long as you set your expectations that the place isn’t perfect and things are a bit in disrepair, this place is amazing! I would recommend to anybody. Where else are you going to get a place that accommodates this many people on the beach at this price?? The privacy offered by the villas was nice addition. The king bed was super comfy! I would hope that one day in the future we might return.

Roberto and Jacqueline were very responsive, kind, helpful hosts before and during our stay. They quickly resolved any problems we had. The pros at this Casa are the incredible waterfront views, walk- on beach access, walkable/swimmable beach, spacious home, comfortable living room, large secure parking area with courtyard and outdoor cooking space. Great washer/dryer. The neighbourhood is ‘local’, safe and friendly and it was fun to open the gate and see cattle strolling by. There is a well supplied store very close by when you turn off the highway. Los Barilles is a short drive - 3 km. Car required here. We walked daily on the beach to Los Barilles and beyond. You can go for 4+ kms in either direction on the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas, cooler were great for long lazy beach days. As others have mentioned the casa is a bit tired and could use a refresh. However the views, beach access and comfy living space make up for all that. Thank you Roberto and Jaqueline.

Megan was very responsive and communicated well, whenever I reached out. The place was a wonderful retreat and I would definitely book this place again.

You cannot ask for a greater location. We loved being steps from the beach. We saw whales, Rays, thousands of fish snorkeling right off the beach. The beach was empty and felt private while we there with very few people walking by/through. The unit had snorkeling stuff, a kayak, and pool toys. The other condo owners/guests were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the units have a great sense of community and we were treated very well. The unit itself is a little outdated and there were some issues upon arrival but someone came promptly to fix the issues and we were very grateful. It's worth noting that the place wasn't perfectly clean when we arrived but not noticeable enough to the point that we felt like we needed to reach out to the host or have a solution. I was worried the unit might feel a little small for my family of 6, but it actually was a perfect size. It's the type of view that brings peace and joy. Even our little kids commented on how lovely it was to wake up there.
