Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Budva Municipality

The house was perfect, real family house for vacation. The view from the terrace is amazing. Easy to find and you have your own parking spot which is good. House was clean and you have all amenities available. The only thing that wasn’t written is that the pool isn’t filled up so we couldn’t use it but I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful and peaceful place overlooking the Adriatic. Design and interior are super modern and minimalist. The view is the core of the house but all bedrooms and bathrooms are pleasant. Communications with the host were super straightforward and proactive. He even stopped by to drop an iron and iron board after we noticed it was missing. Finding the place is a bit tricky but the host provided excellent instructions. While there is a bus stop nearby, we would strongly recommend to only book this place, if you have a car. The place is in a residential area and restaurants and supermarkets require a short ride. On the flip side, that makes it private and very peaceful. We had a fantastic stay with our family of 4 adults and a baby.

Important: There is no freezer in the fridge, but it is on the ground floor, shared. The hostess launders herself - in the evening he gave it, received it in the morning. There is a large and beautiful beach, with restaurants, cliffs. Along the way, there are many kiosks with all sorts of things and two - with wonderful vegetables and fruits. The place is very convenient for traveling by car - and parking is good, and the road is nearby. The hosts are attentive and friendly, know a lot about interesting places around, always happy to answer any questions.

Everything was super very quiet and great view of the sea

Had a great holiday, the villa was clean and in a great location to a few main towns we wanted to visit. We all enjoyed use of the pool. Got a little lost finding the villa but Svetlana’s instructions were very helpful. Would recommend!

Natalia’s place is a hidden gem! The apartment is spacious and offers stunning views of Budva and the sea. It’s perfect for a peaceful vacation. Natalia’s mother, who lives nearby, is always ready to assist. We enjoyed unforgettable evenings, grilling seafood in the backyard and admiring the moonlit sea. The city is just a ten-minute drive away, so renting a car is recommended. Parking is never an issue. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay near Budva, especially if you prefer a more rural setting. I would like to return there one day.

After booking at short notice we received all the information needed promptly. The location and views over the sea are quite spectacular. The beach and historic fortified town are a 800m downhill walk with more beautiful coastal walks from there. The sea is warm now in late September, so swimming is good. The apartment met all our needs for a very pleasant 2 day stay.

It’s a beautiful place Don’t expect a 5* hotel, it’s impossible to find in Sveti Stefan There is bunch of bad thing i.e. issues with parking ( you will have to communicate with angry locals, that park at the same place as you do, they gonna be telling you are not allowed to park here). there gonna be a problem with WiFi 100%… But in the end, that’s the beautiful place anyway. Very good location, stunning view.

We had a wonderful trip to Montenegro and couldn’t have asked for a better host than Anka. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to reply and make sure we had everything we needed. The place itself was beautiful—clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend both the location and Anka’s warm hospitality.

Everything went smooth and perfect. Communication was good and the apartment was very clean.

Since our apartment was over book, we got an upgrade to the even larger apartment from an upgrade. It had amazing views. Roman helped us all.

We had a great stay in this accommodation ! It has all the equipment required for a short stay, and it's very cosy and clean. The hosts were really nice to us and very reactive. We definitely recommend staying in this AirBnb :) Just keep in mind that the road that goes there is quite tough. Thanks for hosting us !

Great host, very friendly and helpful with check-in. The cabin is very clean and on a great spot for exploring nearby history monuments.

We are delighted with the house away but 3 km from virpazar. Very quiet and perfectly equipped. Milo and his wife have were always good advice, thanks to them we dined in a very good restaurant on the water and could make a boat trip on the lake with confidence. Lidija has a truly beautiful cabin - the perfect mix of nature and comfort. We loved the stunning sunsets and the peaceful sunrises that bathed the cabin in light all day. It’s a great spot for hiking and reconnecting with nature, yet it has fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the amenities you could need - whether you're staying for a weekend or a whole month. Lidija herself is an incredibly warm and hospitable host. She welcomed us in person with a table full of delicious homemade local treats, and we loved hearing the stories behind the house. A magical stay all around!
