Family home in quite area on the Spas hill. The house is located close to Budva and near to Jaz Beach. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has three bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. On the second floor, there's a large balcony with views of the Orien Mountains and the Lastva Valley. Nearby, there's a yard with fruit trees and a vegetable garden. From the house, there's a trail to the top of the hill, from where you can see all of Budva.

Within a minute's walk there is a large supermarket with low HDL prices, as well as the famous national restaurant Kužina with large portions, affordable prices, within walking distance there are also grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. A 10-minute walk to the promenade on a flat, landscaped road.

There is also a parking space in front of the house for our guests, as well as the seating area for all our guests in the patio.
