Nice and quiet place, friendly and helpful host, 5 minutes walking from the beach and you have anything you need nearby. Recommend!

A new clean cozy apartment with fresh renovation and a chic view of the sea and mountains from the balcony. Kitchen is good stove, boiler, and good plumbing. There were no water outages within a month, as it sometimes happens in Budva (the house has its own common tank) A responsive, attentive and hospitable hostess gladly welcomed us, told us and showed us where in Budva, helped to resolve many situations while relaxing in the city. The neighborhood is quiet without discos and noise, but at the same time it is located close to the sea. In general, this was the perfect place for our holiday with 2 small children. The road from the sea to the house is without mountains and steps, and has many nice cafes and shops (very convenient on the way home). Of the disadvantages if only the bells ring in the temples on weekends in the morning, but you get used to it))) We lived in the apartment for a month and there was no joints, in general we liked everything! Three days later, after arriving, my son said: Mom, I want home, back to Budva. What else to mention!

Perfect location. Short walk to the old town and beaches. Private and clean space. The house contained all the essentials and when I needed anything Milos was super responsive and helpful.

We had a rest from July 7 to July 21, 2017. Magnificent apartments! And this is not just an apartment, but a full-fledged apart-hotel with a chic pool with panoramic views of the coast, cleaning, a change of linen and the opportunity to have breakfast, lunch and dinner without leaving the guarded landscaped area. Everything stated correspond to reality! Photos and the site allow you to make no mistake with the choice, everything is very logical and understandable. Welcoming hosts are so interested in a pleasant stay for guests that they themselves are involved in the hotel management process and are ready to communicate in person with guests to improve the service! It is impossible not to mention pleasant bonuses in the form of early check-in and late check-out with the availability of the room, as it was in our case. Well, welcome drink from the hosts:) Pleasant girls at the reception can help with transfer, taxi, rent car, if necessary. And we were lucky, the transfer to Tivat was provided by Oksana - the hotel manager - personally took us to the airport in her car:) The sea is within walking distance (we walked almost daily with 2 children 4 and 9 years old). One of the best beaches for children. Evening promenade along the promenade to Budva or Rafailovici. Near Milocer Park. Many decent restaurants within walking distance. In general, the best solution is everything is nearby, but there is no such crowd as on the beach in Budva! The vacation was a success!!! Many thanks to the hosts and hotel staff! And of course, friendly Serbs!

Good and friendly hosts. Good location of the apartment within walking distance to all attractions in Budva. The house is located away from the main roads. We spent time there for a month and we were comfortable there and there was enough of everything.

My stay was close to perfect. The apartment is modern, clean, spacious and exactly as described. I would recommend downloading the check-in instructions in case you have internet connection difficulties when arriving in Montenegro. As long as you make the turn at the bakery (super easy to find) and follow the road around a couple of corners, it's fine. Because there are similar looking buildings, it's important to know you need to follow the road all the way round and pass some similar apartments first. The location is excellent for accessing all that Budva has to offer. It's close to the centre, the beach and the Old Town. The owners are very professional, communicate well and can offer advice as they are very experienced in the tourism industry. All in all, an excellent stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The space was incredibly clean, and precisely corresponded to its description and the photos. This apartment is spacious and can comfortably fit 4 people. The unit was recently remodeled, so it had stylish setup, with clean new furniture and modern appliances, such as dishwasher, laundry machine, and all the cooking amenities. The living room has a nice view of the sea and the city. The owner, Samir was very welcoming, and willing to give his car for a short term rental for a modest price. The location is great, close to the beach and the city center. Our stay wasn't in the peak season, but I would definitely recommend this unit for the summer vacation.

Amazing couple. They picked me up from the airport, took me shopping, helped me pick out the best food. Then they took me to a nearby village, recommended me a restaurant and let me explore for 3 hours before coming to get me and take me to the apartment. Upon arrival I was given coffee, snacks, and a bike to explore. I’ve had such an amazing time from riding the bike with their dog to eating the local cuisine and meeting neighbours. 100% recommended. I’m probably forgetting a lot but I had a blast and will be back soon with friends and dogs.

The host was incredible. He was very accommodating and the place was as described. Location was wonderful and near all the hot spots in town. Spacious, clean, and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Wonderful stay in Budva I had a fantastic time staying at this place! The apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Especially the view from the balcony to the sea was a real highlight – in the morning with coffee and in the evening at sunset simply fantastic. The location is perfect: quietly located, but still only a few minutes' walk from the beach and the charming old town. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful – I immediately felt welcome. I highly recommend this place and would come back anytime!

Very nice room, and very convenient place!

Ivana is an awesome host :) At the time I arrived, the studio I booked was not ready yet, the cleaning lady was still there. Ivana gave me immediately an upgrade and I got a bigger studio without extra fees. The studio was beautiful and clean, Ivana is very friendly, she explained everything, she also gave me a map and advised me about the surrounding area. The pool is really cool, it was a joy to swim and cool down after a long day on a motorcycle. The bike was parked safe in front of the villa, I even left some luggage on it. Safe and beautiful place to stay. Thank you very much for your professional service and kindness!

Everything was very nice. We felt like we were at home. Even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, they were helpful. It is a 10-minute walk from the old city in terms of location, and there were grocery stores and restaurants around. We were very satisfied, would recommend to everyone:)

great stay with great views of the sea.

I had a really good stay here. Milan was extremely helpful and very communicative. The only down side was that I came out of season so nothing was open and it was very dark to walk around Sveti and night. There isn’t too much street lighting but this of course is not the fault of the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean, really got a water and powerful shower and lovely because you could hear the sea from the room. It could just maybe do with a bit of modernisation. Overall I was very satisfied for the price I paid.

My fiance and I had a lovely stay here. Great location, responsive host and an awesome roof terrace to watch beautiful sunsets! Would highly recommend

We had a great time at this place located on the heights, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks to Predrag's sister for being so responsive by message and to her parents for their kindness. A change of sheets and towels mid-stay was offered to us which was very much appreciated. We were also able to use the washing machine in the building. The little cats kept us company throughout the stay :) Small point: we were not aware that a tourist tax had to be paid. Predrag's mother therefore collected our IDs in order to pay it and then we reimbursed her (24 euros for 12 days for 2). Only small "negative" points: the accommodation was sometimes quite damp despite the VMC present in the bathroom and the WIFI was a little problematic in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to visit Montenegro while having a quiet pied-à-terre (vehicle essential)

Excellent value for money. Responsive host, quick response. There are also administrators in the complex who will always help with any issue in the complex. Nice place, just to note that the road to the apartment is an uphill climb (although we were ok). There is no oven yet (although it is in the photo), but there is a microwave. The steel is great.
