This apartment was a feast for the eyes. A very beautifully decorated space. The bed was the most comfortable we ve ever slept in. It was a delight to come home to this very quiet and cozy room after walking the streets of bologna. We found the heating tricky to work out but we would love to stay again. Highly recommend this beautiful stay in the food region of Italy. We ate at mamima near bologna and had exceptionally delicious food.

Rosanna was welcoming and available by WhatsApp during our stay. Central accommodation with easy access to the train station on foot which allowed us to leave the car in the courtyard during our days spent in Bologna and Florence. In the middle of Motor Valley where all car manufacturers are accessible. She recommended nearby restaurants and stores. The place was very clean and the kitchen was perfect for cooking in the evening. We particularly appreciated the Parfin pizzeria (closed on Wednesdays but open on Sunday evenings) a few minutes' drive away, which allows you to take away to eat quietly in the apartment.

We loved our stay with Marco! Everything was clean and as pictured. The house is even better in person than in the pictures. We stayed for one month and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again!

Long and challenging work transfer, but in the evening I always had the feeling of being at home. Laura is helpful and very kind and discreet. I recommend it to everyone, especially for the tranquility and peace of the night. Comfortable and close to tourist destinations.
