Monthly Rentals in Budock Water

We had a wonderful Easter stay at Karen’s peaceful Falmouth Airbnb with our pets. The location is tranquil and welcoming—our cats settled in faster than ever, and our dog loved meeting the animals on the property. The facilities were spotless and matched the photos perfectly. We especially enjoyed the fresh farm eggs, including a seasonal goose egg treat. Karen was exceptionally responsive and proactive, providing detailed directions when Google Maps fell short. With wildlife views, a well-equipped kitchen, and grocery stores just a 10-minute drive away, this place truly felt like home. We can’t wait to return with our pets!

Photos honestly don’t do this place justice. The view is simply spectacular. The apartment is beautiful, modern and very clean. Our family of 4 spent a lovely few days exploring Cornwall and this was our base. So delighted to have found this hidden gem. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very welcoming hosts, beautiful cottage, very clean, very pretty wisteria over the entrance. Very relaxing place to stay and beautiful area. Great sandy beach with cafe. (walkable). Super village shop in Mawnam-Smith. Great place for exploring gardens and places of interest.

We had a wonderful stay at Damian’s place. He is a responsive, relaxed and friendly host. He met us on arrival, showed us round and gave some useful information about the local area. The flat is well kept and homely with an amazing view over the water. We really appreciated the little touches like a supply of coffee, dog bed, binoculars and yoga mat, he had thought of everything. The local area had everything we needed including a great pizza place, ‘Pizzeria 42’ just around the corner and a lovely wooded park to walk the dog. We would definitely come again.
