Hi, this is a self contained flat ideally suited for one , situated a short distance from Swanpool beach in Falmouth. This a brand new conversion in a very quiet wooded area of Falmouth. Close to a railway station only 10min away, ideal for Penryn University, a 2 minute ride takes you into Falmouth Town. Outward trains can take you to Penryn, & Truro. Buses also available at the end of the road for services into Falmouth Town. Swanpool Beach is only a 15 minutes through a wooded river walk.

Welcome to a high standard hideaway in the tranquil heart of Maen Valley. Roam the 5 acre farmstead or simply relax in the gardens. Ideally located for Maenporth and Swanpool beaches, coastal path and vibrant Falmouth by car, cycle or foot as well as the Uni campus. The local village boasts a pub, restaurant (both dog friendly), and shop. The golf course, water sports facilities, Treba, Penjerrick and Glen Durgan gardens are all nearby. The Helford has a year round dog friendly beach and pub.

"My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water ten minutes drive from Falmouth Town centre, and from the beaches, all good swimming beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a private sunny garden. The village has a local food shop for those basics, If you fancy a drink we have a village pub, which offers seating outside. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access.
