Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Loft in Berlin

studio spacious bright calm balcony

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Auf dem Gelände einer ehemaligen Ziegelei soll mit dem „Albertinenhof“ ein Ort für Erholung, Naturerfahrung und Bildung entstehen. Lernt während eures Aufenthaltes das Projekt kennen oder genießt einfach den Natur- und Sternenpark.

PROS: balcony for smokers (!) + incl. bedlinen & towels + high-speed WiFi + hairdryer + cooking facilities + elevator + check-in at night possible + babybed (if needed) CONTRAS: very bright (too much sunlight) - LOUD (busy street -> traffic noise) - NO parking facilities - NO TV - NO washing machine - EXPENSIVE

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Very nice, bright loft space in the vibrant area of Kreuzberg. The apartment is based in the 5th floor and from the window you can see the famous TV Tower of Berlin. There is NO ELEVATOR in the building. But the stairs are worth the excercise! The apartment is well decorated, has a full kitchen and everything you need, to feel comfortable for your stay in Berlin.

A nice little place with a great view in the heart of the city, a 10 minute walk from Potsdamenplatz, Checkpoint Charlie and Brandenberg Tor. Great transit access and most aspects of the city are walkable or an easy U-bahn away. The apartment has everything you need and has lots of supplies of consumables and towels. A grocery store is 100m away. Be aware, there is no air conditioning…most places in Germany do not have it . Fans are supplied, but we hit Berlin during a 32 degree heat wave 🥵 During normal days, the space is more than comfortable with a balcony and opening windows.

It was a very nice and clean apartment and the communication with Sofia was perfect. Easy check in and parking (bike/car) is possible in front of the door. Breakfast facilities directly next to the apartment or around the corner. Recommended!

Henrike hat in dem kleinen Ferienhaus ein schönes Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen gezaubert. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Wer es bunt und verspielt mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Lage ist traumhaft, direkt am See. Man hört einfach mal nichts, außer Vögel. Keine Bahn, keine Flugzeuge und keine Windräder. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Hunden da, die waren willkommen und konnten sich am Seerumdweg viel ohne Leine bewegen. Wandern ist sehr schön, man muss sich nur genug Wasser mitnehmen, da man unterwegs keine Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen oder einkehren hat. Ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder.

Reiner war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Das war echt total toll. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und schön eingerichtet. Sehr geräumig. Und die Lage ist einfach nur traumhaft. Wir hoffen sehr, dass es uns nochmal wieder hierher verschlägt!
