We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s place. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was fantastic - close to everything we needed but still nice and quiet at night. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze. The kitchen was generally well-stocked, which we appreciated for cooking a few meals at home, though I will say the two frying pans could use a wee upgrade — they were a bit too worn out to be practical. But honestly, everything else was spot-on and made us feel right at home. Overall, we had a lovely experience and can recommend the house highly. Thank you Andrew.

Hounds Inn was exactly what my family were after, close to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to CBD. Centrally located to Hobart attractions too. Easy no fuss check in. Clean and functional house and amenities.

Quiet and peaceful. Everything you need for a fully self-contained stay. Some nice touches.

Great location near the bike park. Came with 6 blokes for a 4 day MTB holiday. Bike storate was excellent and we loved the fire pit at night with plenty of firewood. TV was good, internet was good, shower was nice, good towels. Great trip

We had such a fantastic stay at this lovely spot in Dover! The house was spotless, super tidy, and had everything we needed. Even the fire was prepped and ready to light, which made for the perfect cosy nights in. We loved the bikes (even if we’re not quite Tour de France material), and while it was too chilly for the kayaks and paddle boards, they’ll have to wait for our next trip! We had a great time exploring the local area and Hobart, caught some fish off the local pier (dinner sorted!), and made the most of the amazing local apple suppliers. A big thank you as well for the lovely bread you left for us, such a thoughtful touch. You really made our stay special, and we hope to come back!

A wonderful place and a great area. Close to beach/park and 20 minute walk to shops. Great outdoor area with fire pit and bbq indoor area was big and comfy for a large group. Missed a dryer or outside clothesline but mainly cause we had 6 adults, a toddler and 8 month old twins 😂

Perfect spot for our long weekend getaway. Very close to the waterfront and surrounded restaurants and attractions. Spacious home with lots of natural light particularly in the upstairs bedroom.

Michael was easy to communicate with. He went out of his way to assist us where he could with our check in and check out request. Nice and close to everything. Quiet and relaxing.

Living upstairs, Wayne was attentive yet respectful of our privacy. Her personal farewell made us feel truly valued. More than just a stay, it was a heartwarming experience thanks to them exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended—we’d love to return!

Great renovated unit, amazing location and great views. Unit has everything required for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed parking on such a tricky slope and Richard also guided well on how to park.

This was practically a brand new apartment which was very comfortable with good quality appliances. Comfy beds & great towels! Melanie’s instructions made it easy for us to get in to the complex. She also gave great restaurant recommendations. Good central location to everything. Highly recommend this property.

I stayed at Tom and Pam's for business reasons - it was easy walking to one site and the bus stop was 30 seconds away for bus commutes. Tom was very responsive to my needs. The apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler, good cooking facilities and general amenities. Loved the serene gardens, great after a busy day or an easy walk to the beach as well.

Such a lovely quiet and comfortable apartment close to cafes, restaurants and shops and a five minute drive to the Salamanca markets and the waterfront. The parking bay outside the front door was so convenient and being on the ground floor made it very easy to get luggage inside. James is a very considerate host and we would always aim to stay here if back in Hobart, it was perfect for us.

Really enjoyed our stay, we should have stayed longer. The absolute best location to access all Salamanca Place has to offer. The market, restaurants and local attractions like MONA via the ferry are a must do.

What a fabulous stay. Right next to the beach, easy walking for a coffee or dinner. Close to everything. The unit is decorated in a lovely vibe. Beds very comfortable. The touches in the fridge were so welcomed as we arrived late. Highly recommend and would stay again!

A short notice stay with a poorly pup. Check in details were sent straight away, easy to find, convenient parking and a lovely cosy place to stay and relax for the night. Lots of streaming services and wifi access and all the amenities we needed. And a wonderful, compassionate host - Would recommend!

Lace House was amazing we felt right at home. Beautiful views from the kitchen and balcony! The host Jacqui was very accommodating with early check in and late checkout which made our holiday with kids much more enjoyable. Everything we needed was included. Great place and will be sure to recommend to others.

Great View. Well appointed. The hosts were very friendly and left ample food and snacks which was super helpful when arriving from out of town. They even left a bottle of wine. Perfect.

Central and clean apartment with a parking space in the city, which is rare! Great communication from Andrew and easy to access.

The environment is clean and tidy, the landlord responds quickly and can solve problems quickly, highly recommended! It is easy to find, and the view from the balcony is also very good💝
