Monthly Rentals in Buckhorn Lake

We had the most amazing time this weekend at Vicki’s place. The cottage itself is beautiful and has all the amenities you could possibly need. It’s great for families with young children and it’s definitely set up to cater them. It is immaculately clean and has the most beautiful views from the large deck. The weather wasn’t on our side so we didn’t get to do any swimming but the outdoor fire pit kept us warm. We will absolutely be back.

I have been coming to Buckhorn for decades and although the weather wasn't ideal, our overall stay was fantastic. Sarah responded to my messages in a very timely manner, was happy to answer all of my questions during the planning stage and quickly addressed a small issue we encountered upon arrival. She made us feel welcome right from the start, and it was obvious that having us enjoy our vacation was important to her. The cottage was very spacious for its size, and well-appointed with very comfortable beds and some not-so-common amenities such as a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Great water pressure and lots of hot water in the shower was greatly appreciated after a day of fishing in the rain. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the large, spacious deck or the lakeside firepit area due to the weather, but they were both impressive. You simply can't go wrong vacationing in the Kawarthas, and I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay in Ann's place, it was quite, extremely clean and absolutely beautiful. The morning sunrise through the coloured window made the fresh smell of coffee even better! The lake view form the balcony was just the icing on the cake. Stunning place! Amazing host! Just can not say enough about this place! Just perfect in everyway!

This is a very cozy space. If you are looking to get away in the Kawarthas I really recommend it. Its very clean, organized, right on the water great for a family of 5-6. I would love to come back and stay even longer, a weekend was too short. No complaints.
