Vacation rentals with lake access in Buchanan Dam

First, the house was very nice; comfortable yet clean and elegant. Second, the property is well taken care of. Our family had a wonderful and much needed relaxing time. Everything was perfect.

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

We had a great time at Lacey’s place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was a weekend girls trip and the house had enough beds that our party of 8 slept comfortably. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice and peaceful trip to Lake Travis.

I stayed here with 4 adult family members, after a long day of driving in the hill country. Michelle was great communicating with me and we had no problem getting in the house. The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The beds were comfortable and the location is peaceful. In particular the dock is a really awesome place to enjoy time with your family or friends. I'll be back.

Host was extremely helpful with getting around the area, tips, directions and access to the pool and parks!! Very convenient to the grocery store and few restaurants. The house was huge and so peaceful. We fed deer off the porch, had many visit, also a fox and some birds. Amazing views and everything we needed to enjoy our time at the lake. We caught fish at one of the parks even. Such a good time and can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely perfect! the property was beautiful! So many amenities! Right on the water and the kyaks were great to have to see the area! Chris was outstanding and so helpful! I will Absolutely be back again and again!!

The apartment suited our needs perfectly and was in a great location. It had everything we needed, was clean and well maintained, and offered a lovely view. We especially enjoyed spending time outside- it was a relaxing and comfortable space overall.

Very peaceful and loved sitting outside at night listening to pool bubbling and light reflecting off water. Pretty dark except from people in other balconies with very bright string lights on all night, every night. But they have curtains to block that out.

We loved the retro vibe. The cabin was spacious and well appointed. We were a short walk to Hoopers for the 50th anniversary of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie. Check it out on your visit.

Beautiful condo! Had everything needed to make for a great stay. They thought of everything someone on vacation would need! Very relaxing.

My two sisters and I were looking for a quiet get away for a few days. Our stay at Horseshoe Bay was perfect for us. For this particular vacation we wanted a quiet, private place to unwind and regenerate. The condo was beautiful and so comfortable. The balcony was so relaxing; we sat out and watch the boats leave in the morning and return in the evening. There was plenty to do, but we only took advantage of the pool area and hot tub because we wanted something low key.

The house was great! We were in town for a baseball tournament. The house was close enough we could return between games and still had time to walk down and see the lake. It had everything we needed. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and instructions were clear. The neighbor across the road fed the deer Saturday morning and brought them over with extra corn for the kids to enjoy watching. It was a great weekend!

Absolutely beautiful spot! It truly was a birder’s delight in late April. Walking down into the creek was magical and it made us so happy to see our suburb dog going wild running in the water :) the house itself has so many spots to enjoy the views from a wrap around porch and large windows. Plus plenty of seating down in the property while you explore.

The Stone Cottage is a fabulous place to stay when exploring the Texas Hill Country. The home and surroundings are beautiful and everything during our stay was top notch. Great communication, super location, easy to find and check in, comfortable beds and furnishings, and a fantastic pool, large and clean - a bit chilly at first but great in the afternoon heat!

Loved it here! This was a great find. It was a nice clean room overlooking the river and was on very pretty grounds alongside other rentable cabins. The Spicewood location right on the Pedernales and along lake travis was wonderful, truly waterside with easy access to the kayaks/canoes/paddleboards which you can rent through Travis quickly and conveniently. After sunset I had plenty of room to set up my telescope and had a great view of the moon and stars over the water. It’s right down the street from Krause and several other hillcountry gems. Great host. I’d totally come back.
