The Packsaddle

The Llano River is about 500 yards from the property and the Colorado River less than 10 minutes away. Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan and several other lakes are 10-20 minutes away. Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX. There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.

Cute updated 2 bedroom house.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Comes with a boat ramp (good when there is water in the lake or for access to the Colorado River) and comes with a new fishing pier. Currently lake is out of site because of drought but River is accessible and flowing. There is parking under the carport or in front of house. The parking space in front of the house can accommodate an RV and has water and 50 amp service (sorry, no sewer for RV).
