This luxury renovated villa is something out of the ordinary. Very tasteful with exclusive materials in both the interior-design and furnitures. Here you get Extra Everything for a perfect stay! The residence offers an air-conditioned accommodation, underfloor heating and a private heated pool in the garden. To the town center of Nerja and the "Balcon de Europa" it is 2 km and to the main beach "Playa de Burriana" only 1,2 km. The grocery stores Mercadona and Carrefour are both within easy reach, about 250 meters from the property. The Capistrano area facilities with pool area, bar and restaurant are also just around the corner. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is an outdoor kitchen with fridge for chilled drinks and a gasgrill on the terrace. It invites you to gather. Either at the dining area, the built-in lounge sofa or at the bar. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, all of which have "en suite" bathrooms with shower and toilet. They are all located one floor up. On the ground floor there is a hallway with a guest toilet, a well-proportioned living room with a view of the terrace and the sea. As well a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Everything in an open plan. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. In the living room there is a sofa group, TV and a sound-system.

JULIANA House in the Arab neighborhood of Capileira

House in La Alpujarra Árabe, located in the oldest neighborhood of Capileira, the quietest and most magical place in town. Surrounded by the sounds of fountains, irrigation ditches, mountains, hiking trails, and the Poqueira River. The house consists of two floors. Upstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, terrace with mountain views, living room with fireplace and two armchairs-beds. Downstairs is another living-dining room with a kitchenette and a wood stove. Fully equipped and with WiFi. No heating. Fireplaces only. No TV.

La Gitana. Mulhacen and Veleta views.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

El Rincón es un apartamento maravilloso ubicado en el Barrio Hondo de Capileira, la zona más tranquila y auténtica de uno de los pueblos de montaña más bonitos de España. El acceso al apartamento es a pie desde el parking público, se tardan 10 minutos andando por preciosas calles peatonales. El apartamento está totalmente equipado y las vistas son espectaculares del barranco de Poqueira. Se alquila para dos o cuatro personas y dependiendo de la reserva se cierra uno de los dos dormitorios.

It has very easy access because it is next to the main road to unload and with a parking lot very close by. In addition, from the house you can access the main road to do multiple trails. LGBTQ friendly, Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village, short walk to neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). WiFi for working.

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.

The dream of an Andalusian country house

The house's greatest attraction is its location, with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected to downtown Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort, only half an hour away by car. Pets are allowed but a surcharge of €30 per pet is payable in addition to the reservation. Please check with the hosts.
