Monthly Rentals in Brynmill

We had the pleasure of staying at Chantal's place for several months for a work opportunity. We felt right at home in the cozy, beautifully decorated house. The kitchen was well-equipped for our extended stay, and we never felt like we lacked anything. Parking was always available. Chantal is a friendly, engaged and responsive host who ensured we felt comfortable and were well taken care of. The house is situated in a cute, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with foot access to cafes and other amenities. The large park across the street was perfect for our two young children, who loved the playground and watching the squirrels run through the beautiful, tall trees. As we were there in the winter months, we had a gorgeous view of the bay through the trees from almost every window in the house. Chantal's place became our second home during our stay and we miss it already!

This place exceeded all expectations—truly a 5-star stay (we’d give it 11 stars if we could)! Kerry has thought of every last detail, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions, including parking. We appreciated everything so much and only wish we had more time to enjoy it! Emma was always prompt in responding and provided very clear and detailed instructions containing all info you could need. Flat was very clean and had everything needed. Honest information was provided on parking, although we always found a space within 10m of the front door. Great location for Swansea Bay and good restaurant and coffee shops within walking distance.

We had some problems getting the code due to a mix up in the name of the person booking but otherwise the whole thing was excellent although it could be improvedby a small shelf in the bathroom to hold soap toothbrushes etc
