The property is exactly as described. In fact, it's better than the description. Certainly one of the best I've ever stayed in these years on Airbnb. I will return for sure.

We spent 30 days in the apartment and, throughout that time, we felt truly at home. The place is cozy, very clean, organized and incredibly tasteful. From the beginning, Daniel welcomed us with great sympathy, presented the apartment in detail and was always available, promptly attending to everything we needed. Without a doubt, when we return to Blumenau, we want to stay again in this very special place. We are very grateful to Daniel and his family for all the affection and attention!

Simply amazing! 🌟 The host was a 1000, always willing to help with everything. She not only helped us prepare the birthday present, but also offered to receive the delivery of the present. In addition, she left the room all decorated with hearts and a super affectionate letter – a special touch that made all the difference. The apartment is impeccably clean and super well equipped. It had everything we needed: oil, coffee, salt, shampoo and other essentials that make the stay much more practical and comfortable. During our stay, she always checked to see if we needed anything, making us feel super welcomed. She welcomed us in person with the keys and, at the farewell, we were able to deliver them directly to her, with that warm "see you soon" that makes the difference. It was an amazing experience, and the host was just brilliant and really cool. We definitely recommend it! 💖

Wonderful apartment, everything is new, just as it is in the photos, excellent location to do a lot on foot. The view is sensational in all rooms. It has all the utensils you need, the hostess even leaves treats. I loved the stay and hope to return soon.
