Everything was very good, the house is small (we knew it) but it has everything you need to be comfortable and is conveniently located near the beach and supermarkets and restaurants, and it's also neatly clean. Aline's attention was very cordial and she was always ready to help with whatever was necessary. Very satisfied with our stay.

Our stay at Jorge's place was very good, the place is very quiet, great location as per the listing. When we arrived Jorge was already waiting for us with the air conditioning on, which was very pleasant to be able to unload the bags calmly, in a cool environment. Another very positive point, we took our Golden, which was very comfortable with the courtyard that the house has. The house had several appliances as per the announcement, which was very good for a longer stay. The bomb beaches are wonderful and our stay was excellent. We will definitely return.

Wonderful apartment! Well located, a few blocks from the beach, close to markets and restaurants. The environment is beautiful, well decorated, with all new utensils, and super complete! Good, clean bedding, great showers, induction stove, washer and dryer, Smart TV, everything new and working. Come back for sure!

The beach in front beautiful place, a little far from the center but nothing happens because in the area you have everything and by car you arrive in 5 minutes to the center, the amenities of the building are very nice especially the pool.

The space is exactly like in the photos, everything clean and organized. Alex received us and showed us the house, gave us tips on beaches to take our son, we need support with the gas and Mariani responded super fast and sent someone to help us. Super recommend, it's super worth it. the nearby beaches are charming.

We had an awesome week at Paulo Henrique and Rita’s spot in Praia Ponta das Canas, Florianópolis — best stay ever! They live next door but don’t bug you; they’re like cool neighbors — warm, kind, and always offering help. The house is perfect: super clean, every detail covered. Kitchen’s loaded — coffee makers (capsule and drip), grill, toaster, tons of cookware. Internet’s fast, ~150 Mbps, no hiccups. Beach is 5 mins away — calm, family-friendly vibes, with chairs, an umbrella, and cooler bag included. We used Uber, but there’s a parking spot if you drive. The hilltop location gives killer ocean and mountain views. The terrace with swings and a hammock was our hangout — unreal! Outdoor shower’s a bonus post-beach. Paulo and Rita’s hospitality made it special. We’re coming back for sure. Total gem for a real home feel!

Access to the apto is only by staircase, for me it was not a problem. It has a private parking space but is not covered. Quiet place, close to the big market of the city, close to the beach and the center. The accommodation was clean, he served me well, Fabio was very attentive. But the stay in small bombs was pessime, not for the stay, but for the beach that was improper for bathing and there were no warnings. We went in 5 people and the apartment was very comfortable. Great space in the front (all rooms have access to the outside area) and also in the back (there was a small car and an SUV in the garage). Very good location near the beach of Mariscal and several restaurant options. We will certainly come back.
