We have an excellent stay on the lake. Beautiful views and in a quieter area away from crowds!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

The little house is a five star property with clean and comfortable furniture, amazing garden and breath taking lake views. We had all the amenities we needed for the entire stay and kathi have been very helpful. If you book this property, prepare to have an amazing private space but prepare to walk down some stairs to reach the little house.

Beautiful apartment attached to the main house but very private , you have you own little patio area to sit outside that’s not overlooked by anyone . The apartment is immaculate and lots of nice little touches , lots of provisions provided including toilet pater , shower gel , washing up liquid etc. There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walk , we only ate at the one up the hill and the food was amazing and reasonably priced . Our 2 dogs loved the freedom of the secluded countryside and the geese that lived there were securely fenced off . You can hear the noise from the adjoining house but if you have quiet neighbours it’s not a problem .

The accommodation is spacious, super clean and the local pizza place is a gem. Luca is a fantastic host who is extremely friendly and goed the extra mile with local recommendations. Just a fantastic place!!

Antonella welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us around the apartment. She was always available to us and also gave us many helpful tips for excursions, restaurants and shopping in personal conversations. Antonella has furnished the perfectly restored apartment in a stylish, modern and cozy manner. The kitchen and bathroom amenities are very, very good. It lacks nothing and everything is spotlessly clean. Terrace and garden are well-kept and quiet and offer wonderful views of the village and lake. Albisano is a very pleasant place with restaurants that have simple but good cuisine. One is very close to the apartment. A small shop as well. We felt very comfortable with Antonella and would be happy to come back. Antonella is a very likeable host.

It was a pleasure to stay at Katerina's house, she was super friendly and attentive, and the house is wonderful. The area is quiet and beautiful. 100% recommended.

we spent a few days in Valtellina with the family and in Monica's apartment we felt at home! The apartment is lovely, very clean and equipped with every comfort. Within walking distance you can find grocery stores and a supermarket. In about 15 minutes by car you can reach the departure of the Bernina Train. I would gladly come back!

Just a short drive from Limone sul Garda, it offers a peaceful, comfortable, and special feel that an apartment in town will not. Mara and her mamma are so wonderful - we can’t wait to return one day!

Absolutely stunning location and great views from all windows and the balcony, the photos shown here are amazing but are even better in reality. We had an unforgettable stay at the Chalet del Bosco. The property is well cared for, welcoming, and perfectly integrated into the surrounding natural landscape. The view of the mountains is breathtaking and the silence of the surrounding forest gives a sense of peace that is rare to find elsewhere. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and tastefully furnished, perfectly combining alpine style with modern comforts. You can breathe an authentic atmosphere, which makes you feel right at home. A big thank you to the hosts, who were kind, helpful and attentive. The location is perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and genuine hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment, immaculately clean, very very comfortable beds, carparking space outside, bathroom/shower was perfect. Everything was to the highest standard. Just 1 small con, which is outside the owns control, lots of teenagers on very noisy motorbikes regularly up and down the road, making sitting outside in the summer sunshine not so pleasant, a small downside to otherwise a beautiful stay, would still highly recommend this place.

We felt at home with Sonja from the first reception. We lacked nothing in the apartment. It is fully equipped for physically disabled guests, including sewing kits and small board games. We felt a family atmosphere throughout the premises, with toys and equipment for children. Sonja was always obliging and helpful to us. A stay that we already count among our most beautiful vacation accommodations and can recommend without reservation.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

I had a wonderful stay in this small, super cozy apartment! The location is fantastic – quiet and at the same time easily accessible. Melanie is a very friendly and helpful host. Check-in and checkout were absolutely straightforward thanks to clear instructions. You can tell that it was furnished with a lot of love – I felt comfortable immediately. Highly recommended!

It’s a no brainer to stay here. Fully immersed in the lake. Moon light at night on the water and during the day you watch classic boats. You’re on the quiet part of the lake and arguably the most beautiful part of it as we drove the whole lake for 5 days. You’re surrounded by Italians and more engaged with Italian culture here. You’re a 25min drive to Menaggio where you can car ferry. Car is highly recommended. I would go to a larger supermarket prior to coming as there only seemed to be mini limited markets around.

The place was beautiful, unique, on Lake Como with direct access to the lake. I think it’s the perfect place to relax, sunbath and enjoy the lake. Beautiful table to eat outside. It was also super clean ! We knew there would be stairs, it might have been a little bit more than we expected (80)! But the owner was really nice and offered to help us as I do not travel light ! Highly recommend renting a small car/Vespa as public transport are not reliable and the only Ubers available are the black uber which are more expensive. We had a série 4 bmw to give you an idea, I would say that if your car is much wider than that it will be a little tight to go down the driveway, but doable. The parking itself is huge. There is a portable A/C, we went in June and didn’t need it as the breeze from the lake was enough to keep us cool at night. Owner was also nice enough to let us do part of our wedding photoshoot at her beautiful Villa ! Unique experience, we really loved it !

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is very convenient — just a few minutes’ walk from the Bernina train station, which made traveling easy and stress-free. The town Tirano itself is lovely and peaceful, with beautiful scenery and a welcoming atmosphere. I recommend visiting Merizzi Italian restaurant. Many thanks to Alessandro for the warm hosting!
