Silvana responded quickly to any questions we had. She was proactive and available for our needs during our stay. She even offered us a delicious cake on the evening of our arrival. Quiet location and ideal for us who wanted to ski. A secure location is provided for storing skis. There is a bus stop nearby to go to the city center or to different ski lifts. The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories to prepare your meals. The pots are of excellent quality, please take care of them. Regarding the billing for hot water and heating, it cost us 50 euros for the week (2 showers per day and 2 hours of heating per day to dry our laundry). Super location suitable for groups because it is isolated and has large outdoor spaces that allow activities (soccer, volleyball, tennis, bocce) or relaxation (sun terrace, hot tub, sauna both inside and outside the house). Several hiking excursions of varying levels also start from the area. Essential services (bakery, well-stocked mini market, taverns and pizzerias, butcher) are just minutes away by car (no more than 7). House located in a super panoramic point. Was by far the best Airbnb experience I have had. - House was amazing -clean, fresh, had everything we needed - Location was perfect- great view from the house with access to hikes and activities (we did horseradish 3 min from the house) - host was very kind and flexible - super flexible with check in, had baked a cake that she shared with us along with other snacks, she helped refill our coffee as soon as we ran out as the shops were closed Overall a fantastic experience and I would recommend to anyone!

If You want a very private and peaceful place, surrounded by nature, this house is for you!

For us, the apartment was perfect as a family with adult children, as each bedroom had a small, private bathroom. The view from the balcony is unbeatable and you can sit in the afternoon sun. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything. It was very quiet. You can walk to the supermarket in 1 minute, where there are also fresh rolls. The Patscherkofelbahn is very close to skiing and also in Innsbruck you are in 15 minutes. The communication was always very quick and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Delia's apartment is as seen in the photos, cozy, clean, well-stocked. It is located in a very quiet place, away from the chaos, and that's what we were looking for. I didn't meet Delia in person but she was always available, kind and quick to respond. We will definitely be coming back!

You will be welcomed very friendly with drinks and a small refreshment on the terrace at check-in. We felt immediately comfortable . In the pictures it looked good but in live, simply indescribable, beautiful views and great amenities. We had a very nice few days with perfect weather and will definitely be back .

We love this place! The rooms are spacious and clean, the sauna and whirlpool were definitely a bonus for our tired bodies after a long day of activities in the beautiful surrounding areas. We woke up to the breath-taking view every morning, it was one of the most memorable places we have ever been to. Thank you for being such great hosts Ilaria&Alex!

We were mountain biking with 6 people. The accommodation was fantastic. Huge large bike room with everything you need!

The house is wonderfully cozy, excellently equipped and renovated. We had a super nice time, also thanks to Michaela's great tips. She really took a lot of time to explain the area to us and give personal advice. Beautiful hiking trails and then sauna with wood-burning stove - a dream... highly recommended!

It's not so easy to find a place at night. It's good that we studied the map of the area in advance. The Internet is slow, it was necessary for the child to have an online lesson on video. Everything else is wonderful and recommended to visit. The sauna came in handy, after a day skiing.
