Brand new apartment in the city's historic center. In a historic building inside a courtyard. Quiet, peaceful and very bright apartment as well as equipped with all comforts. Very spacious bathroom and shower, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable and wide beds. As soon as you leave, you will find yourself in the historic center, a five-minute walk from the lake and the main squares. On request we provide paid parking in front of the apartment. Quiet and centrally-located place.

In the historical context of the 1700s, a ground floor home with lake view. Renovated and furnished with Italian design accessories. The kitchen carved into the Moltrasio rock keeps the environment cool in the summer months. Bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom. Living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Both are equipped with TV, wifi, and floor heating. There is a public stone terrace in front of the house. The tourist tax (€2.50 per person) is excluded from the price.

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.

Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).

Ideale per chi vuole fuggire dai luoghi affollati, in quanto si trova in una zona isolata e con ampia possibilita di effettuare passeggiati nei boschi circostanti e nello stesso tempo, si trova comunque in posizione strategica per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse del lago.

The apartment is located in Brunate, a small village on the hill, close to the city of Como, in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. KIND NOTE: due to italian laws I kindly need all the guests to provide me a with valid ID (i.e identity card/passport) and pay CASH CITY TAX of €2 per night per person, not included into the price. Cosy loft with a lovely view

This loft is located on a quiet road, just ten minutes walk from the beautiful Torno's Harbour where you will find bars and restaurants. The town of Como is only 7km away and it is easily reachable by bus or by boat. At the moment Torno's Harbour is closed for maintenance. According to the authorities, it should be reopened the first week of May.
