Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

(Car is recommended🙈) The apartment is completely new and furnished just for you. You have access to the stream and a super cute balcony! The thermal baths in Bad Aibling are very close and super beautiful! Afterwards you can eat deliciously in the Nikos Ouzerie (Bad Aibling) or in the pizzeria around the corner! Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Private "finch's nest" with mountain views

Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a private residential unit on the upper floor with a private bathroom - shower/toilet, a single kitchen and a small silent refrigerator (36 liters), which is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen, the third sleeping option is in a niche. A covered seating area will be at your disposal on the east side. The small, non-haired Biewer Yorkshire Pino from the neighboring house likes to visit us daily.

Our cozy studio apartment is in the heart of Bad Aibling. Take advantage of the variety of possibilities in this charming Bavarian small town. Whether it's wellness in the nearby spas, strolling and sauntering right outside the front door, cycling on one of the many bike paths or hiking in the nearby mountains. Here you can enjoy your individual stay as desired. The A8 highway can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Free parking right outside the door

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location.
