The apartment is very clean, the linen is fragrant, there is everything you need for a stay. The location is a ten-minute drive to the center and is convenient. Great private parking. We are very satisfied.

Great place to stay, nice location, comfortable stay

The place is good and has everything you need. It's perfect for the mid season, but the clairaudient walls could be too noisy during peak season. Parking is good. The sauna and pool were closed due to revision, which we knew. The location on the second floor is a little displayed against pedestrians. The value is good. Thank you.

We had a great stay at Johannes' place in Krün. The apartment is quietly located not far from the Isar and both hiking trails and the bus, restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and very clean. There was everything you needed and Johannes was always responsive and helpful. We would come back.

Beautiful place within walking distance to the ski area. The apartment is actually bigger and nicer than the pictures show, great house!

The space is highly recommended. We spent a great holiday there. The location is very quiet and a great base for excursions in the region. The apartment is perfectly equipped and even nicer than in the pictures. A highlight is the fireplace, which made the winter evenings really cozy. Hubert and Ines are great hosts, very friendly, always available for questions and yet pleasantly reserved. We will be happy to come back.

It was a peaceful location with easy access. Everything was as per the description, and Sebastian was very responsive to our queries.

We were 6 people on the property. The check in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is great. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

The place was perfect! Very clean, very modern, well equipped and a good location. Anna is a super hostess. She is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would immediately choose this beautiful apartment again.

Our stay at Anke’s place was fabulous. It felt like our home from the moment we entered. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The fireplace was lovely to have during winter and the pre Christmas season. We also loved being walking distance to the bakery cafe, the Italian restaurant and the supermarket. We made great use of the bikes provided to explore the lake and surrounding towns. Anke and Tom were super friendly and helpful and I really don’t know what I would have done without them.

Super nice place, can highly recommend. Very cozily decorated and superbly equipped. We will be happy to come back

Christina and Ernst were wonderful hosts. The apartment is amazing and has everything you would need. The Spa service was so good we used it every night. Highly recommend staying here if there is availability

An extremely clean and modern apartment. We chose it as we intended to bring our dog and it had a safe, fenced garden. The kitchen was well kitted out and some drinks awaited us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Instructions re check in etc were clear. Although with road works etc it was a little more complicated to find the property than expected. It might help to have an English option of instructions in the apt as everything was in German. A little folder of guest info would also be helpful too - local restaurants, attractions etc. There was a mini-market close by, and a playground, which we discovered by chance. The only issue we had in an overall lovely stay was the bedding. A heavier duvet would have been appreciated. The pillows (only 2) were small and very uncomfortable, more like small flat cushions. The sofa bed was not prepared in advance and bedding minimal. For an expensive apt out of the city I would have expected this to be better. Still a nice apt and good base!

The apartment was exceptionally clean and everything was available. The kitchen was also superbly equipped to cook everything. Thank you for the beautiful accommodation, we will be back.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

Very nice vacation home, great view from large roof terrace, modern amenities, everything available especially in the kitchen. Walking distance to the free train to Innsbruck (Innsbruck card). Nearby grocery store. Very quiet location and from the location ideal for further excursions.

We were able to spend wonderful 4 days in Sabine's lovingly furnished apartment, enjoying the comfort and the wonderful view of the snow-covered garden and the unique excursion destinations. Sabine is an extremely friendly and helpful hostess. We can only recommend a stay in her apartment.
