Close to the train station and the city center (10 min walk). Garage available for bikes. 20 m² studio equipped with reversible air conditioning, bed, connected TV, desk and folding table. Shower room with toilet. Access to the studio is via stairs (4 floors). The ceiling is 1.70 m at the lowest point. Sheets and towels are provided. Non-smoking accommodation, parties prohibited, maximum 2 people. Cleaning fee included.

Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

One hour from Bordeaux and Toulouse, come and discover a fully renovated gîte in a 14th century building. This 80 m2 gîte is part of our estate on which there are 2 other gîtes and a wooden teepee. The wide open spaces will allow you to rest and connect with nature. Equipped with recycled furniture that has been given a second life. Lovers and respectful of nature, we took great pleasure in combining comfort and well-being. No pets allowed

Nérac: accommodation close to the historic center

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!

Apartment near greenway

Possibility to stay quietly in the center of the village. Tourist places nearby such as the city of Nérac, Casteljaloux, Vianne. In the village near the accommodation: restaurant, bar, pizzeria, bakery. For bike lovers there are 2 greenways in the village: the canal path and the Albret greenway. I have 2 adult bikes, 1 child BMX, and 1 child bike available on request on site in the accommodation (additional 10 euros for bike rental).

Studio of 32 m2 with large terrace, it is located within the beautiful village of Vianne, quiet and close to shops. Free parking is available in front of the studio (1 min walk). From the bedroom you will have a view of the Baïse River and the barges, and from the terrace a view of the garden. Access to the studio is through a door at the back of our garden (key safe). Sheets, bath towels and linen provided 🙂 greenway nearby.

NERAC N°4 Downtown 4 pers.

Enjoy a stylish home renovated at the end of March 2023. This accommodation is conveniently located close to the city center between the Pont-Vieux and the Saint-Nicolas Church. Free parking is nearby. The bedding is new and high-quality. The sofa has a real bed that can sleep 2 adults comfortably. Discover the Château d'Henri IV, the Parc de la Garenne located 20 minutes from Aqualand, Walligator and 30 minutes from Agen.

Gite La Sablère, bottom

Our gite is a warm house of 100 m2, at the beginning of the departmental 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private car park, decorated simply but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in case of a problem or organized gathering.
