Everything was as described and a perfect private quiet space. It was occasionally noisy in the room above me, including during the night, which was ok for me but might be difficult if you are a light sleeper.

Absolutely fantastic as always. A 5* accommodation with a 5* host. Highly recommend.

It was gorgeous lovely view looking out to the boats, swans and geese. A lovely walk along the canal, and also, through a beautiful apple orchard to a lovely pub called Ye old Swan. Scot is a great host, replied very quickly. You have a great place Scot!

The flat was wonderfully furnished, clean, and well lit, with nice decorations to make you feel at home. I appreciated all the various appliances and supplies, the soft towels & bedding, the lovely shower, and the overall look and cleanliness of the place. The location is very good, being in a quiet neighbourhood with a nearby bus stop into town, a short walk to convenience stores, and within walking distance of the Open University. The owners were also very helpful, quick to respond to any queries, and happy to help if you find anything’s missing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would definitely consider staying there again.
