Welcome to my non-smoking house, a haven of peace in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the city center and close to all amenities within walking distance: shops, pharmacy; 30 minutes from the sea, 35 minutes from Spain, 60 minutes from Cerdagne, our mountain range; not to mention our bike paths. Comfortable, air-conditioned interior. Explore my garden, enjoy the barbecue on the terrace, and use the hot tub (swimwear required, please). No pets allowed. Unfortunately, children can't be accommodated at my place.

The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.
