This pretty Landes house is nestled in the heart of Armagnac! The calm and beauty of the landscapes make it a guarantee of rest to better recharge your batteries! For 8 years, we have been renovating it constantly, and can say today that it is very comfortable: everything is new, and it has just been equipped with a swimming pool and air conditioning! Our teenagers love to go there, and we have a great time with the family. We wholeheartedly want you to enjoy it! Happiness is really in the meadow!

Charming "Gite de la voie verte" cottage

Cottage/chalet with warm and refined decor. The cottage is located on the property and is completely independent. The accommodation includes two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs. The large kitchen/living room opens directly onto the covered terrace and the garden of the property. The cottage is heated by a pellet stove which gives an alpine cocooning atmosphere in winter. In summer, the garden furniture allows you to enjoy a green space in the shade of a chestnut tree, the countryside in the city.

We offer a maisonette (gîte 2 on the map photo). 4 bedrooms overlooking the property, a living room, a new equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, glass hob, coffee maker), anti-fly/mosquito device, private parking with terrace to the south, accessible salt pool. We also have a barbecue available for you, a ping pong table, a fronton, bicycles and others. The pool is shared with the family, and the second gîte.
