This beautiful home is a single level 4 bedroom 2 bath house located near the historic Broadmoor Resort. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with great views of Cheyenne Mountain. It is close to Open Space areas with outstanding hiking/biking trails, rock climbing, and world class golf venues. There is a coffee shop/wine bar and great dining and shopping a short distance away. You will be close to all of the attractions of Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region.
