Bright and friendly apartment (50m²) in historic Tyrolean townhouse close to the center of Brixlegg and at the entrance of the Alpbach Valley. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and is equipped with an anteroom, a living room, a dining room, a very small bedroom with a French double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), as well as a newly renovated mini bathroom with shower. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the terrace with magnificent views of the Sonnwendjoch.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. Our bungalow is 57m² in size and has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The kitchen with dining area is very well appointed. The living room also can accommodate 2 people on the sofa bed. A small terrace completes the coziness of our house. You can park in front of the house in the carport with storage for ski, ski boots, tobogganing, bikes and everything that can't find space in the living room.
