The very central place has super close to the gas station, Chedraui, Bodega Aurrirá, the market; the place very quiet, everything clean, very easy to access and allowed it to take my pet, very friendly hosts and super accessible.

Very good location and excellent service from everyone, they were always very friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

Words can’t describe how amazing our stay was especially due to the host going above and beyond to accommodate us. From the rooms and pool cleanliness to the private beach area with hammocks it was all 10/10. It’s a perfect location if you want a peaceful get away while still able to easy access anything you need. A big market is a short walk away as well as zicatela with lots of restaurant options and la Punta. It’s in the heart of what I think everything to enjoy your stay. If you want to go to the swimming beaches it’s a short cab ride away. Perfect Airbnb and Best Airbnb host we’ve ever experienced as well. We will be back to puerto and we will be staying at Casa Palma! Thank you Tina!!!

Helpful and kind family runs this hotel. Great breakfasts and can accommodate dietary preferences. The father offered to help me out when a surf instructor failed to appear the night before my departure to reclaim his board. The overhead bedroom fan works wonderfully in the warm temps and I didn't need to use the a/c. Fridge in the room, as well as in the kitchen where you can store your items. Safe that actually works. Excellent beer. 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants.

Disconnection from everything and a lot of tranquility, I hadn't been in such a nice place in a long time, and it made me feel so peaceful. If you have the chance to visit Casa Xaviera, don't miss it✨!

Incredible accommodation, it's just like in the photos, if you're looking for a comfortable place to sleep, this is it. I used the pool, which is great. I was allowed to arrive much earlier to check in. It's 5 minutes from Carrizalillo beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is amazing, clean and very quiet. Perfect for those of us looking for a totally relaxing vacation. The restaurant's seasoning is a 10. The attention and charisma of all the staff was a welcome plus. We'll definitely be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view is incredible. There is also a super nice pool area with lots of spaces to lounge and a restaurant/bar attached. There is also a palapa upstairs which has space for yoga. The room itself is really nice and the bedroom has air conditioning which we really needed to cool off from the heat. The host was very communicative and helpful!

My friend and I really loved the space. The lounge area was beautiful, we loved the hammock and hammock chair. We cooked a lot at the place, and loved the kitchen, but could have used a few more kitchen items. We did ask for a blender and it was brought up very quickly which was great. The ac in the bedroom was much needed and appreciated. It was close to cafes and yoga studios and was walking distance to the beach and main strip.

Great hospitality, always there if anything was needed, beautiful views and the location was right across from the beach. The room was clean, great outdoor patio area, and very welcoming. Would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay, we were able to enter earlier and that was very good for us, and we were able to enjoy the pool and the Acapulco chairs, everything was very nice, the service was also very good with the lady who is always there, thank you for everything.

Great place to stay to get some relaxing done. Sea view from the restaurant and pool area. We were there in March and the weather was amazing. The waves were a nice size to enjoy and there are possibilities to surf directly from the hotel. The owner, manager, staff in general are all super friendly and helpful I had to work during our stay and having zoom meetings with the camera on was no problem for the internet capacity.

Maribel was great host. She has a great communication in short period of time. She was available when doing the check in. The place was cozy and a big plus on the AC. My family and I will be returning soon!!!

Excellent place to stay, a great location and a nice experience the arrival of the planes, at its entrance I scraped my car and there was only room temperature water. Your kitchen is very complete

First off all I want to start by saying Rafa was so attentive for our arrival our room was ready when we arrived he went over the rules and after that we got to enjoy our stay..if you’re like us he gave us great insight about where locals go to eat ,how much taxi drivers should charge where to take public transportation.. For activities he gave us good advice on what to do ,what beaches to visit

The hotel, as he mentions it in the description, is still under construction and when it is finished it will be even more spectacular, it is a great project with a lot of potential... what is already built is beautiful and Emanuele is on the lookout all the time, in addition to his piano, the museum, everything is worth knowing! Kathy’s home is beautiful. It’s walkable to the ocean and anything else you need to get to within La Punta, but also a little removed from the busy streets, so it’s also a peaceful oasis to return to. The property and design of the house were immaculate. We loved spending time there, and would definitely stay again.

Everything is very good, the apartment is as described and the area is good, it has many restaurants and the avenue nearby.
