80 m2 house in the heart of Bourges, between cathedral and marsh, completely renovated. Annex to my main house, it sometimes hosts my grown children. Ideal for 5 people, it can accommodate up to 7 (140 sofa bed in the living room), has a reserved parking space. Large garden to share with the owner. Note: on the 1st floor, you have to go through the small room to access the other.

Martine's farmhouse is exceptional, much better than in the pictures! 3 spacious bedrooms, large living room with excellent kitchen, everything is well thought out, everything is clean and pretty, it's a cocoon in the middle of Sologne. We have rarely been so positively surprised both by the property and by Martine and Claude who are very welcoming, discreet, pleasant hosts with very good advice... Very hard to find better, we'll stay in touch! Thank you very much Martine and Claude, our week of the 31st is unforgettable! (for info also Cheverny and Chambord are less than 20 minutes away so the best!)

Small stay scheduled with Jean-Louis and Marie-Noël to visit the Zoo Parc de Beauval, a very friendly and quiet place, accommodation matches the photos and descriptions, and meeting two kind and caring people for us and our son. The stay at Chantal and Jean-Michel's house went very well. When entering the accommodation, it may seem a little rustic (especially the living room) but you quickly get your bearings and get used to this atypical charm of old chalet-type houses. Communication with Jean-Michel was more than perfect. He showed exceptional attention to us for the comfort of the whole family. We were afraid that the heating would not be sufficient for the winter period but finally the temperature was ideal (without having to light the fireplace). The whole family (big and small) felt good in this little haven of peace. The area is beautiful, with lots of things to do with the little ones in the area (walks, castles, Beauval Zoo 1 hour away, small villages nearby). We will surely come back in the spring to enjoy the outdoors and activities in the area.

We spent 2 wonderful days in this area and thanks to Colette's cottage. The cottage matches the photos and descriptions in every way, impeccable cleanliness. We didn't take much advantage of the garden because of the cool weather, but the veranda was lovely. There are plenty of activities, tours, bikes, canoeing to have a good time in the area. Colette was available to provide us with information about the surrounding area. + a little treat with chocolates for the kids! I'll be back! :)

We had a pleasant stay in Alain's beautiful cottage. There were 12 of us including 3 young children, a baby and 1 dog. The cottage is spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable. We had all the expected amenities at our disposal and a large garden with slide, trampoline and swing to delight the children. A beautiful family reunion that will leave us with beautiful memories. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
