Very nice accommodation in the heart of nature. The pool-jacuzzi area is a real plus with a great view. Beautiful touches from Annie who lives right next door but a little out of the way (juice jams and bouquets of fresh flowers in many rooms). The house lacks a little insulation, but with friends it didn't bother us. Many corners in various places inside and outside to chat or isolate yourself with a stove and fire pit - in short a beautiful place for a stay for families or friends.

We were very well received. The estate is beautiful. The cottage is spacious and well designed / equipped. We would happily recommend this listing.

Despite the less good weather, we had a nice vacation. The view from the garden is phenomenally beautiful. Even better than in the photos. The barn with the jacuzzi is super convenient, especially with kids and less good weather. The living room and kitchen are rather small, it is really a house to enjoy in good weather. We visited a wonderful petting zoo about 30 minutes from the location and there is also the beautiful oak forest. Thanks, Philippe!

Very nice weekend disconnection in the countryside. The accommodation is in a quiet and peaceful place in the middle of nature. We could hear the birds singing and the frogs. Comfortable accommodation, a beautiful garden with space, a very nice terrace and the Finnish bath in the garden is very soothing. Very friendly, responsive, pleasant and concerned with our well-being.

Fantastic summer holiday for our party of 8 adults and 11 children. We swam in the river, played table tennis, swam in the pool, played pool, fed the chickens, played tennis and had many dinners and lunches on the fabulous endless benches and tables outside. The beds are all very comfortable & of high quality - they are also a great size (I’m 6ft 4). The accommodation is very well appointed & there are lots of charming finishing touches. There are two great supermarkets about 12 mins drive away. The hosts could not have been kinder or more generous. Would warmly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay, the cottage lacks nothing thanks to the many attentions of the hosts (small cakes, coffee pods, toys for children...) The owners are very welcoming, thank you!

Martina's house at the foot of the dungeon is ideally located in a quiet area, with a magnificent view. The place is full of charm and Agnès is adorable. Wonderful stay.

Excellent family stay in this large, very functional house. We were able to enjoy the beautiful garden, very well exposed, and especially the beautiful table under the "courtyard" with barbecue. Marielle gave us a very friendly welcome. The accommodation and the environment are peaceful despite the nearby road. Having an annual equestrian appointment in Lamotte Beuvron (20 km), I will book again next year at Marielle's.

In a quiet green setting, it was great and relaxing after work. Extremely kind hosts at the service of vacationers. I highly recommend it.

The place was in a great location. The restaurant and bakery were within walking distance in less than 5 minutes. Nigel is very accommodating with our arrival schedule and he had prepared the jacuzzi for the same day. Beyond his very functional and very well-equipped accommodation, Nigel is a very interesting and very friendly person. We recommend this beautiful place to unwind from everyday life. Everything went well, great place that hosts many!

We had a lovely stay with 10 friends! The house offers a large number of bedrooms (with good bedding) and bathrooms which is very nice for large groups. The heated pool was nice given the fairly low temperatures we had. We forgot a swimsuit that was sent back to us the next day. Thank you again! The only downside to this reservation is the request for a deposit outside of Airbnb. While we understand this request, it doesn't follow Airbnb's rules and should be listed in the listing.

The cottage is very comfortable and has a very pleasant and peaceful setting. We had a bachelor party and were able to fully enjoy the available space, whether inside to play board games or outside with the barbecue and brazero. Thank you to Laurence and her husband for hosting and being available throughout this weekend!
