Harold’s Barn opened in May 2022. It is located in the former farmyard in Briningham and was once a potato barn! Harold's Barn sleeps six in three ensuite bedrooms. One downstairs and two upstairs. The barn has been restored sympathetically and while retaining lots of it's original features on the outside it has a modern and very spacious feel on the inside. The barn has amazing views across the valley, a private garden and private, plentiful, off road parking.

Holly House

Holly House is our much loved, peaceful Victorian home. With a large garden for kids and dogs. Fabulous central location in North Norfolk with easy quick access to all of the beaches and seaside towns along the coast line, from Brancaster to Cromer. Our favourite for dog walks (& fish n chips) is Wells-next-the-Sea. Holt is less than 3 miles and it is an easy and direct commute to Norwich City Centre. A great place for fun filled holidays with friends and family.

Chapel Piece offers a lovely spacious well equipped self contained studio with a self serve breakfast supplied in your own kitchen which has a microwave, full sized fridge, toaster, and a dual air fryer available on request. You have a lounging area where you can relax on your sofa of an evening. You have your own entrance to come and go as you wish coming through our lovely garden. The cottage, once part of a working dairy farm is just 3 miles from the pretty town of Holt and close to the coast at Cley, Morston and Blakeney. With a pretty walled garden and parking directly outside the cottage is perfect all year round. One pet welcome.

Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.
