On the second top floor of our house is this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea and the island of Brijuni. The apartment is 98m2, has its own entrance and parking on the premises. The plot stretches 6000m and is completely enclosed by a stone wall. In front of the house there is a 55 m2 swimming pool. On the whole plot over forty centuries-old olive trees.

Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.
