Vacation rentals with a patio in Brijuni

A dream of apartment. Very stylishly furnished and with an eye for detail. Everything clean and equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The host is great and communication was smooth. If we go on vacation in Pula again, then definitely in this accommodation.

Emanuel and his parents are very nice and warm hosts. The apartment is very nice and corresponds to the photos. A highlight is the very lovingly designed garden with jacuzzi. Supermarket, restaurants and the sea are within easy walking distance. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

Our stay at Nataša’s apartment was just amazing. The apartment is located in quiet neighborhood, not too far from the beach. Inside there is everything you need even for a longer stay like washing machine and dishwasher. Nataša was really friendly and helpful, she even recommended a place where to buy best seafood in the city. Thank you!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Excellent location within walking distance of beaches, old town, and restaurants. We loved the beautiful garden space and the beds were very comfortable. Our hostess was gracious and kind. She went above and beyond in terms of hospitality and human kindness. She even had special toys for our toddler, a fruit bowl, and a welcome aperitif. She reunited my daughter with an item she left behind. Highly recommend this lodging.

It was an unforgettable vacation. The view from the apartment directly to the sea, this mild climate even in October, everything very special. We really enjoyed being in this small but nice apartment. The location is perfect and fantastically beautiful. There is a private parking space right in front of the house and private access to the sea via stairs, incomparable. The approach directly to the house is daring, but doable. Mosquitoes were still very annoying in October. There was no supermarket open at the time, better shopping in Labin. Restaurant was open and a pizzeria in the nearby campsite. Renata was very easy to reach and very helpful. The only negative thing to mention is that the description mentions a washing machine. At least there wasn't one with us. Otherwise everything was great and absolutely recommended. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

We‘ve had a pleasant stay at the tiny stone house. Everything was so nicely put together. Please recognize, that because the Building is surrounded by nature, it‘s possible that ants and spiders enter it- so don‘t let food on the table over night and you‘ll be fine.

We spend wondefull week in this village house. Especially we enjoyed long mornings and evenings sitting outside the house under the tree. The house is new renovated and very comfortable. Also the village is very nice, just several km from the sea. Our host Igor was very nice and friendly. We can definitely recommed this accomodation to everyone. Zuzana and Marek

Fully equipped apartment, strategically located near one of the most beautiful beaches in Pula, 20 min walk to the city center, and close to a supermarket and a shopping mall. I hope to be back soon.

Lovely little apartment with a beautiful garden and pool area. We were greeted by Alba who was the most welcoming host with the best hugs! She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond bringing extra blankets when the weather turned a bit chilly. Highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent from check-in to check-out. Everything went just as you could wish for. Our expectations were far exceeded. The apartment is a dream. There was nothing that wasn't there and everything was spanking clean. Parking on the premises or with a free parking card in the public square. Separate outdoor seating for breakfast or relaxing. We were helped immediately with all our questions and concerns. We can definitely recommend the apartment and the nice and friendly people who belong to it. We really enjoyed the stay. To get to the old town on foot, you have several options, whereby you do not need even 10 minutes for the shortest route at a briskly. We felt very comfortable and thank everyone who contributed to this.

Nice apartement in the outskirts of Porec, at walking distance to the beaches. There is a living room with kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a modern bathroom with shower. There is also a terrace for private use, with a table, facing the direction of the sea. Renata was very helpful, and I spent a great week-end here.

Great place to stay in a house with a total of 4 apartments and rooftop pool. Kitchen & living room, bathroom with shower, bedroom were very clean, new and fitting. The sunset balcony is great 5min to the supermarket, 10-15min to port, restaurants & beach The hosts were very helpful and friendly - thank you! :)

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible by car. The sea was a 10-15 minute walk and offers a pebble beach. At this time of year, many restaurants are already closed, but there are also significantly fewer tourists. You can reach Paula by car in a few minutes and a small supermarket is right next to the apartment. The local beach is not necessarily suitable for snorkeling activities. For this, you should visit nearby bays, such as “The Columbian Grotto Beach” or “Prostina” by car. These can be reached in minutes. The area around the property is heavily geared towards tourism and therefore offers numerous leisure activities, but hardly any local venues. Overall, I highly recommend it for 4 people looking for a well-equipped apartment with plenty of space in Croatia and not wanting to spend too much money.
