Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a green holiday home with a pool near the sea. The beautiful little magical house "Dana" is located 1.4 kilometers from the center of Fažana. Although close to the center and beaches, the house is completely surrounded by olive trees, greenery and untouched nature. The 52-square-meter house is located in a 600-square-meter fenced building. If you want to experience complete privacy, rest and peace with birds singing during the day, and the magic of a fishing village at night, this is the place for you.

Fabina

The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you. It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120m2 accessible living space with private pool of over 53m2 size. At your disposal are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double bed and one with bathroom and one with two single beds. In total, there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub, and shower with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

Charming 200 year-old Istrian house in the old town of Žminj. It has a little yard and table where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The interior features many antique objects and furniture from when the house was last inhabited, 70+ years ago.
