Waterfront vacation rentals in Brijuni

A beautiful apartment in peacefull location, when you're looking for "different" vacation as in popular tourist places, here you go. Klaudia and Deni are very friendly and welcomed us personally, it was very nice with sharing local tips. Apartment was nicely equipmet with all you need, even for travelling with small kids.

Stoja is really comfortable and quiet as an area, by car you can get to the center of Pula in 7/8 minutes. We preferred to travel by bus because it is very practical: in a maximum of 12/13 minutes you get to the central stop (Giardini 3 p&r stop), having a rechargeable card (which Bernarda had already left on the table with about 7 euros inside😍) each trip costs only €0.90. The stop is one minute from the apartment. Also nearby is the Max City shopping center and a bakery. The beach is a minute's walk away and is wonderful. 😍 Of course, it is rocky, but almost like all the beaches here. There is little to say about the apartment, small but beautiful. The veranda and the garden overlooking the sea are very suggestive, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and we also used the washing machine. Bernarda, her husband and little Dotty are really kind and helpful. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts and hope to see them again ❤️

Our stay as a family of 4 with two children (3.5) was very pleasant. Personal contact with the landlords, who live one floor above us, was perfect. A prime example of what AirBnB is meant for. Very child-friendly and an extra bed guard was even provided. For the short walk to the beach, there is even a private small cart. Bicycles to borrow are also provided. Everything was perfect.

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, clean and cozy. The host was very helpful and kind, I was very satisfied with my stay, I highly recommend this accommodation. The host was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The location of the accommodation was great, convenient for reaching the main beaches.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very central, everything is within walking distance. Viktorija welcomed us very warmly and was available at all times. We will be happy to come back.

I have been to Croatia many times and this stay was the best. The apartment is spacious, very nice location - less than 10 minutes' walk to various beaches and hiking trails. Grocery store, restaurants less than 5 minutes away by foot. The view from the terrace was fantastic. Marina was very attentive, always ready to answer any question quickly. Banjole is a quiet, relaxed place with great smaller natural beaches, excursions into nature - perfect to relax from everyday life. I can recommend everything without reservation and hope to be back someday.

The four of us had a wonderful time at Milka's and Igor's house. The swimming coves are fantastic, but we mostly visited them by car, and on the property the insane vegetable garden, where we 🍅 enjoyed the most delicious tomatoes as well as peppers, zucchini etc. The outdoor shower was also particularly great and that we were surrounded by green countryside.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ilija and Ljublica and felt at home right from the start. We really appreciated the many little things from the garden! The house and location is perfect to reach the beach, restaurants, small grocery store in the village and the bakery on foot. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

The location of the accommodation is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, the village is a 5-minute walk away and wonderful walking paths are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something in the apartment didn't work, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax well here. We would happily come back.

Cristian was exceptionally helpful from meeting us at the port & escorting us to our house to organising transport upon leaving. He provided great local advice also. The house is beautiful, easily accessible and in the heart of the old town. Rovinj is stunning & we can’t wait to return. No recommendation is too high. Jack.

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

We spent 11 days at Alica's place, we had a great time. Unfortunately, the first week (from mid-April) was rainy and windy, so we couldn't do so much. But the second week made up for it with 20 degrees and pure sun. In the rain, the apartment is a bit cool (but there is heating) and you notice the slightly older building fabric, which is no problem in good weather. There was everything you could wish for, even a baby bath. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable. The view into the garden, including an olive tree and the Meerzunge, which is a 1-minute walk away, were simply wonderful. There are beautiful beaches and cliffs in the area, which can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car - you can slow down wonderfully here. We will be happy to come back!

Great stay, close to the water, friendly and kind neighbors.

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

A nice and clean place, in a good location close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk to the center. The hosts are lovely, accommodating, and welcoming. Recommendation!

It was a fantastic apartment with a fantastic view. The place is in the middle of the old town so it was perfect for the 4 days we were there. There were swimming facilities that we used on the terrace, and several options for dining nearby. We also saw dolphins on two different evenings. The host's instructions were easy to understand, with plenty of good tips. There was air conditioning and a kitchen with all the equipment you needed. We loved our stay and will definitely come back!

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Excellent, excellent, excellent. The whold experience was great, great value for money, property was better than exoected. The location was really good. We've been to pula 4 times before and discovered and whole new area. And cant fault anythjbg about petra apartment, everything was excellent and excelled in our expectations

A fantastic nice apartment that has everything. The location is wonderful with a nice view of the bay and the garden offers both sun and shade all day. Fresh and clean in the apartment. We asked for the repair of a bed as well as the pool needed to be taken care of and it was resolved the very next day. We'd love to come back.
