You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Modern family home in a prime location, just 150 m from Uvala Soline beach. Offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed for 2 guests. The city centre is 2.5 km away with good bus connections. Outside features a deck with BBQ and lounge area, private yard with swing, and a private heated pool (7x3 m, built 2023) with sunbeds. The pool is heated for added comfort, up to 26°C. Private parking for 2 cars.

Our city apartment is situated within our family home of Austro-Hungarian arhitecture. Centrally located, it takes only 3 min walk to our magnificent Amphitheathre and about 8 min. walk to either the strict city centre or our old town ( bars, restaurants, pubs, galleries) All our town beaches are within 3-4 Km. All small villages are cca 5-10 km distant from our apartment.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

Our Casa grotta istriana is located in a quiet part of Pula near the city center (10 min by walk). The house has a private fenced yard and a newly built swimming pool. Many beaches in Pula are located 5 minutes away by car (Verudela, Zlatne stijene, Lungo Mare). Near the house is a Mexican restaurant (1 min) and a supermarket (2 min).

Amazing house, nice and peaceful, ideal for chilling-out overlooking the sea and the city at your feet! Large terrace witn an open kitchen gives it a real charm. The garden is well kept and maintained with special care. It is the Old City Centre but within a residential area!

Amalia — Charming Old Istrian House

Charming 200 year-old Istrian house in the old town of Žminj. It has a little yard and table where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The interior features many antique objects and furniture from when the house was last inhabited, 70+ years ago.
