The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

The apartment is situated in a family house on the 1th floor and has its own separate entrance. It consists of 1 bedroom with Queen bed wich has a small terace. Living room has a pull sofa which allows sleeping two more persons. Kitchen is well equipped with oven, a frige, coffee maschine, disches etc… Bathroom includes washing machine, hair dryer. Apartman Maro also offers accomodation with a Tv, Free WIFI...The nearest airport is 8km from our apartment. We speak German, Italian, and English.

This house is situated outside the city center,away from neighbours,noise and daily bustle of everyday life.There's a vast fanced garden surrounded by nature so you can enjoy your vacation and your privacy. The patio has a long handmade table, benches and a barbecue.The little kitchen has an electric stove&oven, dishwasher, freezer & fridge,dining space, living room and bathroom and all are on ground floor (50 m2). 3 bedrooms are on the top floor one 20m2, a 12 m2 & third small room 7m2

Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Na katu je smještena spavaća soba kao otvorena galerija sa velikim tv-om, a uz nju i wc s tuš kadom. Prostor je klimatiziran i imate besplatni WiFi.

Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Shop 200m, City mall 2.5km, beach 5km, centar of Pula 3km, airport 5km.

Surrounded by olive trees and close to the sea, it's perfect for those who value simplicity, nature, and quiet mornings with birdsong. Pet-friendly, with everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Please note that during August, a nearby property may occasionally use a generator during the day.

Our city apartment is situated within our family home of Austro-Hungarian arhitecture. Centrally located, it takes only 3 min walk to our magnificent Amphitheathre and about 8 min. walk to either the strict city centre or our old town ( bars, restaurants, pubs, galleries) All our town beaches are within 3-4 Km. All small villages are cca 5-10 km distant from our apartment.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

Our Casa grotta istriana is located in a quiet part of Pula near the city center (10 min by walk). The house has a private fenced yard and a newly built swimming pool. Many beaches in Pula are located 5 minutes away by car (Verudela, Zlatne stijene, Lungo Mare). Near the house is a Mexican restaurant (1 min) and a supermarket (2 min).

The location of this holiday house is perfect. It's on the city limit of a unique fisherman town of Fažana. National park Brijuni, the most famouse Istrian locality is right infront. Visit the islands, the zoo, a golf club and enjoy the summer :)
