In the courtyard there is a swimming pool with sun loungers as well as two terraces. In front of the house there is a parking lot for several vehicles. The house is located in a populated area and parties are not allowed, it is necessary to adhere to the house rules (loud music as well as loud talking and shouting are not allowed).
