Cottage vacation rentals in Pula

Beautiful, very quietly located cottage. The very large property is completely fenced, which was great for our dog. It was all very clean. On request, we were even provided with three bikes. We felt very comfortable.

Paola’s place is amazing, personally I don’t think the photos do it justice. There are so many pluses but the outdoor space including the bbq and the pool are a real highlight. The pool is a wonderful size and maintained during our stay. Next to the bbq is an outdoor kitchen area with sink and two hobs. There is also a coffee machine which makes great coffee. All the bedrooms are a great size with fantastic bathrooms. To suit more families they may wish to split the one bedroom into two singles but this wasn’t an issue for us having three doubles. There is also a fantastic sofa bed in the lounge but we didn’t use this. The kitchen has everything you need and Paola and her family were only a message away if you ever needed anything. The owners also run a coffee shop in Rovinj which is lovely and well worth a visit. All in all a fantastic family holiday and I hope to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Franina! The place was clean, modern and equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub in particular was a highlight and provided real relaxation. The owner was very friendly and always responded quickly to our questions. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The small village of Belavici is quiet and ideal for switching off – there is not much hustle and bustle, but that is exactly what we liked. For excursions or shopping, you can quickly get to the next largest towns by car. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The stay was very very pleasant !! The sea can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. There is a small selection between 4-6 different beaches. The city, shopping and tank options are just as far away and in the same direction. The garden and house was very nice. We enjoyed the pool very much and did his work with a cooling down. The owner lives in the house next door and is very warm and m o'clock. Two small surprises expected and gifted 2 times with tomatoes. The place is clean and you just feel at home :-) Toop!!

The cottage, very quiet location, was fantastic. Beautifully romantically furnished with a beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom. Everything we needed was present and the jacuzzi was great too 😁 We did not meet the hostess in person, but communication went very smoothly via wattsapp. If there were any problems, we could go to the super sweet neighbor Elvira. This is definitely a stay to return to.

A really cool, funky modern cottage that still is one with the environment. Lots of cool quirky touches and fun outdoor games and activities. We used the projector by the pool and the outdoor wood stove was great for cooking. An amazing place to stargaze— at night, the view of the sky in incredible. Close to motovun, but still quite private. Highly recommend!

Dear Jasna, This was the most beautiful Airbnb experience we have ever had. You are incredibly warm and have a great eye for detail. You trusted us completely, which made the stay even more special. The villa is absolutely stunning, everything was spotless and very, very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped – we truly didn't need anything else. Very nice cozy house in a quiet village. We were on a trip with our dog who had perfect walks around the house. If you are looking for a private house, Sergo is the perfect choice. Highly recommend.

Danijela and her son are extremely kind and helpful. As I don’t have a car, they drove me on two mornings to town centre. The cottage is cosy , homely and personal with a lovely garden. I slept very well because of the fresh air and tranquility.

coming home after a long day at the beach or a hike was always a great, relaxing treat. Our dog loved the large garden around the house. Anja is a kind and always helpful host who has carefully equipped the house with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

Katarina is the perfect host! She always responded very quickly and gave us a lot of very good recommendations for the region. My husband and I wanted a quiet and sunny hideaway during the grey and cold German winter and got what we were looking for: a very nice and cosy cottage with a beautiful garden with olive trees and lots of sun including beautiful sunsets in front of the cottage. There was enough firewood to warm up the cottage inside and make it even more cosy. We walked through the surrounding nature with our dog and made little day trips to the ocean and the surrounding cities. The food and wines in and around the nearby village Buje are delicious and we enjoyed a lot of good food with fresh fish and truffle. We absolutely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Jana's place. The house is in a quiet zone in the countryside, so the kids could enjoy watching the village animals. There is a fenced private backyard with gas grill and jacuzzi available. The house is very neat and clean, everything is newly furnished and equipped. Sorry we didn't have time to stay longer.

We had some trouble finding the apartment at the beginning. 😅 But Kristijan was super accessible and a house around the corner is not visible from the street even with turquoise shutters. 😅 The property is very originally located in the hinterland of Croatia. It offers plenty of space to romp and play for children. A spacious meadow, other children and the dogs invite you to play. It was just incredibly hot in August. Small and large supermarkets can be reached in 5 - 15 minutes. Pazin with zip line and cave is right around the corner. A fishing pond as well. It takes 35 - 60 minutes to all the stalls of Istria. For this you get a place where you can really slow down! It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Due to the natural stone and the location, but not completely small animal-free. 🕸️ In the kitchen there is even air conditioning and the shutters make darker but also less warm in the bedroom. Finally: We had a good time!

Tolles Haus ,toller Pool😍😍

We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa. What you need to know: If you want to have a peaceful, private time the villa is perfect. The pool and view is outstanding. The pool sunbeds are very comfortable and there is a shower too. The ( private, not shared) pool is directly connected to the house’s terrace and that area is beautifully shaded by a pergola and kiwi plants. The terrace has a large table and a BBQ, so perfect for private cooking and the kitchen inside has a lot of tools and great knives ( important if you cook a lot) and all you need. There is only one bathroom with toilet, so that is a bit limiting if you are more people. The rest of the house needs an update, in terms of the daily price, I think a bit renovation would be suitable. The bathroom was updated partly, so it had a nice walk- in shower. What you also need to know is that the villa is high up on a hill( hence the view). You can’t walk to the beach or a town, you needs to drive a step road for 10-15 min.

Everything was very nice. Very nice apartment with an even nicer terrace. The surroundings, such as the nearest beach, are also very good. However, it takes a very long time to get to the sea on foot (about 15 minutes)

Great house with everything you might need. The garden is nice and peaceful. There are bikes that the quests can use, which is a great way to get to the beach. The host is responsive and very nice. Would come here again!

Absolutely amazing, romantic cottage to stay at on our honeymoon. Plus we went on a truffle hunt one of the days and enjoyed an incredible truffle meal cooked by Marjana one of the mornings!

Excellent house for a family vacation. We are a family of four with children aged 7 years old and 8 months old and this house had the space, comfort and amenities we needed for a great stay- the pool, the fully equipped kitchen and most importantly, the good, firm beds are what we appreciated. In terms of location, it’s a short drive away from town and the gorgeous beaches of Rabac; this was perfect for us as we wanted to be away from the crowds. Marino’s suggestions for restaurants were spot on.

Morena and Mirza are the most wonderful people I have encountered in a very long time. They took care of us and our dogs as if we were their own children. In the morning we were greeted by pancakes, fritters, pies... All the things they didn't have to and are not obligated to offer them was gusto. Wonderful people, beautiful place to stay - we couldn't have chosen better. I can't wait for a new arrival 🥰

The place was great. As described, everything was clean and everything worked. The outside kitchen is awesome, wood and coal were available. The house is very nice, the garden as well. Highly recommended. Small drawback: mosquitoes, the pool is very fresh and the street is not too far away and you can hear the traffic. But it's really within the scope.

Staying at Mirjana's cottage is fantastic. A private house near the coast and beautiful in the greenery. You can enjoy barbecue and eat outside. The garden, the cottage and the decor make you feel like you are at home, but in Croatia. Couldn't get any better! Communication with Mirjana is smooth and pleasant and we have experienced it as very well in its entirety. We will definitely come back!

We enjoyed the stay. Perfect in terms of location to discover Istria. Thanks to the air conditioning in the rooms and the beautiful swimming pool, there was plenty of cooling. Everything available for a fun vacation
