Nestled in the heart of the West Sussex countryside, this warm, cosy flat is perfect for individuals/couples wanting to get away from it all. The living area (above our garage) consists of double bedroom and a toilet/shower room. A kitchen can be accessed via outside steps. A car is essential for this location. Many walks (including the South Downs), pubs, vineyards, the sea and other sites of interest all within a short drive. Great base for Knepp, Arundel, Goodwood, Kinsbrook, Brighton.

We had a fabulous stay with Samantha. Her place is huge and full of character, the bedrooms were very cute with all you could need. Samantha is really friendly and communicative and it was a pleasure to meet her too! Kemptown has lots of lovely things to explore and is a short walk from the pier and centre of Brighton too, and the flat is right by the beach. Thanks Samantha, hope to stay again sometime!

We had an amazing stay, with Ady and Julia. Super cozy rooms, with comfortable beds! And the added bonus of breakfast was great. Close to everything you might want to do in Brighton, easily walkable, and parking permits were a great add on! And of course the roof terrace was great with fantastic views. Would definitely stay again!

Our dog had an amazing time as well—exploring the orchard and even making friends with the our new neighbours for the weekend: the chickens. We had an amazing stay! The Coach House is beautiful, even better than the pictures. Spotlessly clean, bright, spacious, and an absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were quick to respond and were really friendly and polite. Would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway or/and if attending a wedding at the Gardens, which is a 6 minute drive away.

I had a great stay, it was a great base camp for work. It was nicely far from the busy city yet close enough to be easily commutable. The flat was as described and had all of the amenities I needed to live there comfortably. Jonathan was a super host with fast response times, he was happy to help and was very polite. Highly recommend to anyone either working locally or looking for a break from the city madness.
